きょうは7月20日。緒形拳さんの８０回目のバースデーとなります。
もう亡くなられて9年。早いものですね。
ああ、やっぱりなつかしい緒形拳さんのこの笑顔です。
わたしが、この芝居や映画の道に入ることができたのも、
緒形拳さんのおかげです。
もうなんども彼との出会いをお話していますが、
生誕80周年を記念して、緒形さんをしのびたいとおもいます。
わたしが緒形さんのファンになったのは、中学1年のときでした。
「見まわせば二人」という十朱幸代さんとの共演のしゃれたラブコメディで、
とても素敵な緒形さんにすっかりときめいてしまったのでした(^^)
そして、緒形さんが翌年1982年の大河ドラマ「峠の群像」で主役の大石内蔵助を
演じられるときいて、わたしはおもいきってファンレターを書いたのでした。
間違えないように、そのときはエンピツで書きました。
すると・・・なんと緒形さんからお返事が返ってきたではありませんか！！
緒形さんはあの独特な大きな字で、こう書いておられました。
「いつもおしゃべりのながい手紙ありがとー。でも、お手紙を書くときはエンピツでは書かないように。
ちゃんとペンか万年筆で書いてみてね」
とてもユーモアあふれる筆致で描かれていて、私はもう卒倒しそうなほど感激したのでした！！！
それでまたまたお手紙を出しました。ちゃんと万年筆を買って、「峠の群像」の感想などをNHKに送りました。
すると緒形さんから4月にこんなお手紙がきました。
「じゃ、NHKに今度スタジオ見学にいらっしゃい。紹介状書いてあげるから」
あまりの緒形さんの神対応に、うちの両親もビックリ！！
実際に緒形さんの紹介状「このひとは、僕の友達です。いれてやってください。拳」というお手紙をたずさえて、
1982年4月6日に父と、緒形さんにNHKのスタジオに向かっていったのでした。
すると、本当に緒形さんが現れたのでした！！
緒形さんは、背丈こそ174センチと普通ですが、顔が大変ちいさく、手が信じられないほど大きく、
そして、眼がきらきらと少年のように輝く方で、とてもオーラのある方でした！
私はまばゆい思いで、緒形さんを見上げました。
そして、緒形さんは最初に、NHK大河ドラマのスタジオを自ら案内してくださり、
「大河ドラマというのは、こういう形で作られてるのですよ(^^)」
と話してくださいました。
そして、緒形さんはあの野太い声で、こうおっしゃいました。
「キミの名前、ともこっていうんだね(^^) （私は、本名が、ともこといいます）
僕の娘が、ともっていうんだよ。なんか縁を感じてね。
娘は郷ひろみや野村義男がいいっていうんだよ。
でも、娘と同い年なのに、キミは僕のファンだという。ずいぶん変わっているなとおもってね(^^)
それで会ってみたいとおもったんですよ」
そして、あのとびっきりの笑顔でにこっとされました(^^)
私は、「あ、あ、でも、緒形さんは日本でいちばんの役者さんだと思うのです。だからファンなんです」
と緊張のあまり、ようやく申しましたら、緒形さんは、「あーっはっはっは」と笑われました。
「ありがとう！・・・でも、キミ、変わってるね(^^)」
そして、緊張しすぎてコチコチになっている私をしり目に、
父と仲良く会話をしてくださいました。
緒形さんは父と、「おとうさんは昭和10年（1935年）生まれ！
じゃ僕の先輩じゃないですか(^^)/！」とすっかり意気投合。
父は、天下の緒形さんを前に、「緒形さんは大石内蔵助をおやりになるというけれども、
僕なんかは、やはり長谷川一夫さんのイメージがつよいんですよ。どうされるおつもりですか？」
というので、私はハラハラしっぱなし！
でも緒形さんは、「うん、やっぱりね、僕もそこは悩んでいるんですよ」
と率直に打ち明けられました。
「重くみえるものほど、軽く、ではなく、かろく、演じようとおもっていますね」
とおっしゃいました。これは終生、かれのテーマとなりました。
そして私にむかって、「キミは演劇部に所属してるの？」ときかれたので
「ハイ！」と答えたら、
「じゃぁね、キミの手紙はとても面白いから、キミの観た映画、芝居、テレビの感想なんでもいいからおくってきてね。
いいと思う俳優さんのこともね。そして、学校での様子をつぶさずボクにおしえてね(^_-)-☆」
というのでした。「なぜですか？」ときいたら、
「僕の娘は、ボクにちっとも学校の様子をはなしてくれないんだ。どんな様子なのかとおもってね。
キミからきいて、『ああ、僕の娘もこんな思いをしてるんだな』と思いたいんですよ」
とおっしゃるので、私はそれからずっとその通りにしました。
そして、サインをくださり、色紙に大きく「馬車馬」と書かれました。
「この気持ちをもって、キミもがんばってね！」
と言ってくださり、私は、もう天にものぼる思いで帰ってきたのでした。
それ以来、私は、毎週毎週、緒形さんにお手紙を書きました。
学校での様子もなんでも書きました。
高校2年で生徒会長になったときには、「会長ー！お元気ですか？(^^)/」と
たのしいお手紙で励ましてくださいました。
私は、見たお芝居や映画の感想も克明に描きました。
その中でも傑作なのは、「杉村春子さんの『桜の園』を観ましたが、やはりあの役は
東山千栄子さんがいいのではないでしょうか」
「滝沢修さんの舞台を見たのですが、演技があまりにもオーバーすぎて、
リアリティに欠けてるような気がします」
と、いま考えたらとんでもないことを私は書いてしまって💦
「でも、『屋根の上のヴァイオリン弾き』の森繫久彌さんは素晴らしいですね！
かれの演技は自然体で見事です」と書いていたり・・・いまにしておもえば、汗顔の至りです。
緒形さんはきっと笑い転げていたのだと思います。
毎週毎週「いつもありがとー。たのしく読んでます」とお返事をくださいました。
旅先からもお手紙をくださいました。
「いま、『魚影の群れ』でマグロと格闘しています。早くイエに帰りたい」
「いま、『火宅の人』を撮ってますが、ぼくは『帰宅の人』です。家が恋しい」
ご家族を大変に大切にされる方でした。
私が推薦した役者さんのことも、ずいぶん気にかけておられました。
「緒形さんには大変申し訳ないのですが、
宝塚で麻実れいさんという方が大変すばらしい役者さんになられるように思いますね。
いまは男役ですが、マクベス夫人や黒蜥蜴をさせてみるといいとおもうのです」
「若手で、渡辺謙さんという方がいて、この人が将来有望ですね」
「いま劇団四季で、市村正親という人がいて、この人はなかなか化けるように思います」
「歌舞伎を初めてみたのですが、中村吉右衛門さんというひとがすごすぎですね」
といった感じで書いてみると、この方々ののちのご活躍は、ご存じのとおりですね。
そういう意味でも、すごく若手の方々にも目配りをされる方でしたね。
すばらしい方でした。
いまにしておもえば、劇評を書くために、緒形さんがいろいろ力をつけてくださっていたのだなと思います。
ありがたいことでした。
映画会社の東宝には、緒形さんにはだまって入社したのですが、
緒形さんが新入社員時代の私に
「おい、ともこ！どうしたんだよ！なんでここにいるの？(@_@)」
というので、「ハイ、じつは東宝に入りまして・・・」
と、またコチコチになっていたら、
「がんばれよ、新入り(^_^)/」 と声をわざわざかけてくださって、大感激したのを覚えています。
どこまでも、人間愛にみちた方でしたね！！
思い出はまだまだつきませんが、緒形さん生誕80周年の思い出として書かせていただきました。
天国で、いまごろどうしておられるでしょうね、緒形さん♪

It's done thanks to Mr. Ogata fist.
I have also already talked about an encounter with him to a closet.
I'd like to commemorate 80th anniversary of birth and bear Mr. Ogata.
By a smart romantic comedy of costarring with ten vermilion Sachiyo as "when I look around, two people".
I had beat fast completely for Mr. very nice Ogata (^^).
And Mr. Ogata is Oishi Kuranosuke of the leading role in the next year by a roman drama in 1982 "sculptured group in a mountain pass".
I heard that it was performed, and wrote a fan letter resolutely.
It was written by a pencil at that time so as not to make a mistake.
"Always thank you very much for your talkative long letter. When writing a letter, but don't write it by a pencil. It'll be after it'll be
described by a fountain pen whether it's a pen neatly."
It's drawn by the style very full of humor, and I have been already affected so that they seem to faint!
Then such letter has come from Mr. Ogata in April.
"Then come to a studio tour this time in NHK. Because I'll write a letter of introduction."
My parents are surprised at Mr. Ogata's god correspondence which is so much, too!
I was opposing my father and Mr. Ogata in a studio of NHK on April 6, 1982.
Then Mr. Ogata appeared really!
And that eyes shine, I was the person who shines like a boy and was a person with an aura very much!
I looked up at a glaring memory and Mr. Ogata.
And Mr. Ogata guides me a studio of NHK roman drama personally first.
"The one as a roman drama is made with such shape (^^)."
You spoke.
"Your name if, you were absorbed and bore (^^) (For me, by a real name, if, I said a
fact.), by my daughter, if. Please feel some edges. My
daughter is that she'd like Hiromi Go and Yoshio
Nomura. But you say to the one of the same age my fan with my daughter. I thought I'd like think
"Don't be very different." after meet by that."
And it was done with a pleasant smile by that exceptional smiling face (^^).
If I said finally in tension, Mr. Ogata was laughed at with "oh, ho-ho, HA".
"Thank you very much!... but you're different (^^)."
I who becomes too taut and hard, in a despised look.
You were on good terms with my father and communicated.
Then isn't he my superior (^^), /!" completely with my father.
My father, with Mr. Ogada in the world at the front, "Mr. Ogata says that you send Oishi
Kuranosuke, but I'm strong in Mr. Kazuo Hasegawa's image as expected. How are you going to be done?"
I say so, so I keep being afraid!
But Mr. Ogata, "Yes is as expected, I'm tortured there, too."
It was confessed gently.
"There are no things which look heavy lightly and then, or, you think respectably, I'll perform."

"Because the one which are the movie you saw, a fake and a reflection of a television is also fine because your letter is very interesting, please give me. It's Mr. actor who thinks it's good, too and please don't crush and tell me the state at the school (^_-),-☆", isn't it?
"My daughter doesn't speak to me about the state of the school at all. After you think it's what kind of state
it's heard from you, and would like to think "My daughter makes such expectation yes, too."", right?
You said it, so I did far as it after that.
And you gave me a signature and it was written on colored paper with "carriage horse" big.
"Please persevere in you with this feeling, too!"
You said so and I had already returned by the thought that heaven is also climbed.
Everything also wrote the state at the school.
When becoming a student council chief at a high school for 2 years, it's "chairperson! How are you? (^^)/".
You encouraged in a fun letter.
The one by which even the inside is a masterpiece, "Ms. Haruko Sugimura's "garden of a cherry tree" was seen,
wouldn't you like Mrs. Higashiyama-Chieko for that role as expected?"
"Mr. Osamu Takizawa's stage was seen, I think acting is
too exaggerated and lacks reality."
If thinking now, I write an unexpected thing, and💦,💦.
Writing "but, "Fiddler on the Roof" Mr. Hisaya Morishige is wonderful his acting is
excellent by natural posture.", isn't he?, And... when doing and thinking soon, it's shameful coming.
I think Mr. Ogata was rolling about with laughter surely.
You gave me ten weekly "Always thank you very much. It was being read happily." answers every week.
" "Person in a domicile" is being taken now, but I'm "person of going home". I long for a house."
I was the person who makes your family important.
person called Rei Asami will be Mr. very wonderful actor at Takarazuka now is male
role, I think I hope that you make them do Mrs. Macbeth and a black lizard.", right?
"There is a person called Mr. Ken Watanabe by the young people, and this person will be promising in the future."
"There is a person called Masachika Ichimura in theatre group four seasons now, and this person thinks he changes easily."
"Kabuki was seen for the first time, a person called Mr. Kichiemon Nakamura is too wonderful."
Even such meaning was the person who watches out for the young people wonderfully, too, wasn't it?
It was the wonderful one.
It was that I'm thankful.
I joined in Mr. Ogata silently in Toho of a movie company.
Mr. Ogata is for me in the new employee age.
"Hey, TOMOKO! Between it's phlegm! Why are you here? (@_@)"
I say so, so "High, I enter Toho actually, and...."
Also, if it becomes hard.
You bet voice on "exert yourself, newcomer (^_^)/" intentionally, and, big, that it was affected, it's remembered.
Why would you be here now at heaven, Mr. Ogata♪.
I like very much and am Mr. dear Ogata!
