性悪説から性善説へ
政治は性悪説で動くと言われている。かつて、戦国乱世において、孔子は徳治を説いたが、諸侯の賛同は得られなかった。孔子の後に、韓非子が現れて性悪説を元に法治を主張し、秦がこれを採用して中国を統一した。以後、性悪説と法治は、政治の世界では常識のようになっている。
特定の個人が、悪か善かという事とは別にして、社会統治の観点では、性悪説に基づいて政策や方針を検討する方が無難だという事だと思う。
しかしながら、人は性悪説に基づいて動くという前提は、如何にも息苦しく、地球規模で施策の検討や、国際連携を考える際には性悪説は邪魔者でしかない。
これまでは、政治の至るところで性悪説が優勢であったが、地球や宇宙の時代においては、問題解決は性善説に基づいた方が良いのではないか。
性悪説は人を縛り、固陋に閉じ込めるように思えてならない。性善説で政治が議論されるようになれば、世界は激変するに違いない。二千年以上も前に、中国古代の墨子は、孔子が言う家族愛では戦乱の世は終焉せず、広い人類愛に基づかなければならないと説いた。

Politics is said to be driven by belief of evil. Once upon a time in the turbulent times of the Sengoku period, Confucius preached virtue, but he did not get the approval of the feudal lords. Far after Confucius, Han Fei appeared and advocated the rule of law based on the theory of sexual evil, which Qin adopted and unified China. Since then, the theory of sexual evil and the rule of law has become common knowledge in the world of politics.
Aside from the question of whether a particular individual is good or bad, I think it is safer to consider policies based on the theory of sexual evil from the perspective of social governance.
However, the premise that people act based on the theory of sexual evil is really stifling, and the theory of sexual evil is only a hindrance when considering measures on a global scale and international cooperation.
Until now, the doctrine of evil was prevalent in politics, but in the age of the earth and the universe, it would be better to base the solution of problems on the doctrine of good nature.
I can't help thinking that the theory of sexual evil binds people and locks them up. If politics were to be discussed based on the doctrine of good nature, the world would surely change dramatically. More than 2,000 years ago, the ancient Chinese Mozi preached that family love, as Confucius called it, would not end the war-torn world, but should be based on broad human love.
I think it's a wise saying.
