優先的地位の乱用
独占禁止法には、優先的地位の乱用という項目がある。主に大手企業が下請けの中小企業に不利な取引を迫る事を防止する事を目的としている。
しかしながら、この優先的地位の乱用は、組織の中においてパワハラとなって現れたり、セクハラとなって現れたり、派遣社員苛めとなって現れたり、いたる所で見る事ができる。
更に、横領や贈収賄にも優先的地位の乱用が関係するだろう。最も悲惨なケースは、国家元首が保身や自身の狂った思想のために、自身の強権を使う場合であろう。
Abuse of preferential status
The Antimonopoly Act includes an item called the abuse of preferential bargaining power. Its main purpose is to prevent large companies from forcing small and medium-sized subcontractors into unfavorable transactions.
However, the abuse of this preferential position can be seen everywhere within organizations, in the form of power harassment, sexual harassment, and bullying of temporary workers.
Furthermore, embezzlement and bribery may also involve the abuse of preferential positions. The most tragic case would be when a head of state uses his or her power to protect himself or herself or to pursue his or her own insane beliefs.
