「Dozens of people have died after a passenger plane crashed with about 70 people on board in Kazakhstan, local officials say.
Authorities in Azerbaijan, where the flight originated, say there were at least 30 survivors.」
「Footage shows the aircraft heading towards the ground at high speed with its landing gear down, before bursting into flames as it lands.」
「Reports from Russian media say the aircraft collided with a flock of birds before crashing, but this has not yet been confirmed.」

A few years ago, I discovered that the glass in some wine bottles can weigh as much as the wine inside, effectively doubling the transport emissions of the wine.
I decided to try a switch to boxed wine and, living in France at the time, found some decent ones. But I also found that a constantly open box in the fridge made me drink more, and after moving back to the UK where good boxed wine seemed harder to come by, I dropped the experiment. 」

7月にギャング団から奪取され、それで再開へと整備したのだろう。ようやく市中最大の病院が再開するよ！と広報しようとしたら襲撃。いやあの病院は（医療資源がある限りにおいて）誰にも利用可能な重要資源では―とは思われるが、そういうもんでもないのだろう。

「The site had been recaptured by Haiti's government in July, after being occupied and destroyed by violent gangs that control much of the city.」

しかしal Shababでも、病院襲撃した時に監視カメラに撮影されたら戸惑うくらいはしたはずでなあ…。

ハイチにゃ1万2千ほどのギャングが跋扈しているらしく。それに対してケニアからまずは400名。
「Four hundred officers arrived in June - but they are hugely outnumbered. In July, Haiti's government estimated there were 12,000 armed gang members in the country.」
本年末までに1000名規模になる見込み。
「The Kenyan officers say some of their much-delayed additional forces will arrive by the end of this year, bringing their total to 1,000.」
重要かつ重大な貢献なのだが、しかしどうにも足りない。
