Macrobiotic and Yoga

"タイミング"ってあると思う。

なんども挑戦しようと思っては、なんか波に乗れなかったマクロビ。
ついに、波に乗れた笑

玄米がおいしい。

そして、断続的に行っていたヨガ。
久々にパワーヨガのクラスにいったら、なんだか自分の中にすっと入ってきた。

健康にいいから、やってみようと続けようと思ってもなかなかできるものじゃないのかもしれない。
自分の身体や心がそれを本当に必要としているときに、
その波がやってくるんだろーなーって思った。

ゆるゆるでも、ずーっとずーっと続けたいな。
