I fallen into depression for 2 weeks, but the symptom of depression is relatively mild.
I go to karaoke box 3-4 times a year.

I sometimes dance just only when I sing 'Beat It' by Michael Jackson.
It is impersonation act.

When I was a student, I joined in the folk dance club of East Europe.
It was a hard exercise, but I enjoyed.
