Today, let's learn some English vocabulary from English Plus' lessons.
During English Plus' lessons, our students have a chance to talk about a wide variety of topics.
In the lesson, they talk about a topic, and the topics change frequently and naturally.
For instance, when they talk about cooking, the topic of cooking changes to ingredients, a recipe, a favorite grocery store, some items they saw in a supermarket, and so on.
To continue conversation naturally and freely, in addition to basic English knowledge of grammar, it's necessary to know about vocabulary.
Knowledge of vocabulary often helps us to communicate.
During one of this year's English lessons, our students talked about "alcohol" since we have had some opportunities to drink alcohol in end-of-year parties, new-year parties, and so on.
Actually, alcohol has a lot of kinds, and today let's learn English vocabulary about alcohol especially "Japanese and Chinese alcohol."
Now, let's check the vocabulary below.
1. 日本酒 ＝ sake
2. 焼酎 ＝ shochu (Japanese distilled beverage)
3. 泡盛 ＝ awamori (Okinawan distilled beverage)
4. 梅酒 ＝ plum wine
5. 紹興酒 ＝ Shaoxing wine
To master vocabulary, you can either of the techniques below.
・Read out loud
・Write
・Check the spelling carefully
If you want to know more about alcohol, you should google and find the information in English.
In this case, you can learn about alcohol and read English.
You might use the vocabulary above during conversation sometime in the future, so let's get prepared for such an opportunity from now.

During English Plus' lessons, our students have a chance to talk about a wide variety of topics.

1. 生レモンサワー ＝ Shochu with freshly squeezed lemon juice
2. 生グレープフルーツサワー ＝ Shochu with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
3. ウーロンハイ ＝ Shochu with Oolong tea
4. 酎ハイ ＝ Shochu Highball
5. 緑茶ハイ ＝ Shochu with green tea

Today, let's learn some English vocabulary from English Plus' lessons.
At English Plus, there are three courses available right now.
Though three courses available, about three quarters of our students take conversation lessons.
In our conversation lessons, our students talk about wide varieties of topics, and the topic often comes to food.
Actually, from the word "food", we can have a lot of conversations, such as favorite food, restaurant, cooking and so on.
One of the topics about food recently our students talked about was "steak."
There are some ways to cook steak, and today let's learn some of them in English.
Now, let's read the Japanese descriptions and guess the English vocabulary.
Now, let's translate these Japanese words in English.
1. 表面にさっと火を通しただけの状態（中は冷たい）
2. 中もちょっとあったかくなっている状態
3. 中も少々焼けてきた感じの状態

Today, let's learn some English vocabulary that can sometimes be seen in the TOEIC test.
The next official TOEIC test is scheduled on March 16th, which is about two months away.
We still have time to prepare for the next TOEIC test, so let's prepare for it little by little!
In the TOEIC test, there are a lot of English verbs related to work activities, and today let's learn some of them.
For example...
・assemble a computer
・bake bread
・build a house
・clean a building
・cook
・deliver pizzas
Now, let's read the sentences out loud with "He is...ing."
・assemble a computer (e.g. → He is assembling a computer.)
・bake bread (e.g. → He is baking bread.)
・build a house (e.g. → He is building a house.)
・clean a building (e.g. → He is cleaning a building.)
・cook (e.g. → He is cooking.)
・deliver pizzas (e.g. → He is delivering pizzas.)
Let's prepare for the TOEIC test little by little!

English Plus（英語学校）の英会話のレッスンの中には、料理・調理方法に関するレッスンがあります。

レッスンの中では、調理方法など料理や調理に関することを英語で学んで会話をしますが、料理は日常の生活において身近なトピックだと思います。

今日は日常英会話形式で、いくつかの調理方法を英語で学んでいきたいと思います。

例えば、ＡさんとＢさんが一緒にキッチンにいるという設定で、下記の日本語を英語にしていってみましょう。
