Today, I'd like to announce English Plus' special event in October, 2021.
Thanks to every one of your support, English Plus was able to celebrate its 10th birthday on October 1st this year.
We thank a lot of people's support, and words aren't enough to describe how much we appreciate everyone of your support.
Therefore, we're holding a special campaign, and at the same time, we're holding a special event only in October for not only our current students but also new comers.
We're holding a weekly event to compete against each class during the month of October.

おはようございます。東京都港区田町の英語学校English Plus英語講師のarataです。

English Plusでは、小学生から大人まで『使える基礎英語力』をしっかり・楽しく・着実に身につける「実用的な英語レッスン」を提供しています。

しっかり・楽しく・着実に基礎英語力を身につけるためにEnglish Plusでは「４名までの完全少人数制」「９０分レッスン（キッズ６０分レッスン）」「レッスン内での英語の間違い・質問大歓迎！」「初心者でも安心して受講できる」環境を整えており、また「自己学習サポート」を提供しています。


本日のブログは“英語初級者のための１から学ぶ基礎英語トレーニング ～ 文法的に正しい英文を見分けよう！（初級レベル５・日本語編）”です。

English Plus（英語学校）では、基礎から英語を学んでいく「Skill-Up Conversation（基礎英会話）コース」をレベル別（初級～中上級）に開講中です。

このコースでは“レッスン受講生の方々が基礎的な英語力を身につけ、自信を持ってコミュニケーションが図れる”ことを大きな目標にしています。

そのため基礎英会話レッスンの中では、英語コミュニケーションに必要な「基本的な語彙、文法、表現、発音等」を中心に学び、使う練習を繰り返すことで、基礎英語力を徐々に身につけていきます。

英語コミュニケーションに必要な様々な基本を学んでいく基礎英会話コースですが、基本的な１つに“文法的に正しい英文を作る”という事項があります。

実際、英文を作る際は「語彙・文法」を頭の中で考え、組み立て、英文として言ったり、書いたりするのですが、ここで「語彙・文法」という基本を避けては通れません。

今日はEnglish Plusの基礎英会話コースの中でも学んでいく“基礎英語のトレーニング”と題し「文法的に正しい英文」を選ぶトレーニングをしていきたいと思います。

下記の英文に目を通し、正しい文章をすべて選んでみましょう。

1. I'm going to Tokyo Sky Tree this weekend.

2. Are you going to visiting China in 3 days?

3. He will meets his friends tomorrow.

4. She won't to buy the magazine this month.

5. My husband's going to stop by the supermarket this evening.

答えを見つけられたでしょうか？（答えは下記にありますので、よろしければご確認ください）

なぜこの文章が間違っているのか？どうすれば正しい文章にできるのか？自信を持って文章を作りだせるように基礎英語力をつけていきましょう。

また、口から英語を出す時、文法的に間違った英文に対し、すぐに違和感を感じられるようにまでトレーニングを繰り返しましょう。

English Plus is a small school located in Tamachi, Tokyo.
We're providing fun, student-centered, practical English lessons.


Today, let's learn and practice basic English.
There are a wide variety of lessons available at English Plus, and one of them is "Skill-Up Conversation".
This Skill-Up Conversation has 6 different levels, and students can learn and practice basic English vocabulary, grammar, expressions, and pronunciation for English communication.
The main aim of Skill-Up Conv course is that students master some basic English skills, and gain confidence to communicate in English.
In order to do so, through the lessons, students learn fundamental vocabulary, grammar points, and so on, and after that they have enough time to practice using what they learn during lessons.
It might take some time to master basic English skills; however, we try to support our students by offering lessons and self-study support.
If they take lessons regularly and do self-study in their free time, they can improve English skills a lot faster than we expect.
Through this Skill-Up Conversation course, our students learn a lot of basic English, and one of the most important tips is "to make grammatically correct sentences."
We understand that beginner English learners have difficulty making sentences because they need to think about vocabulary first.
Then, they have to make sentences.
This process sounds easy, but it's a lot more difficult than it sounds.
So, today, let's try some English training to help you make correct sentences more smoothly.
Now, let's check the 5 sentences below, and choose all the grammatically correct sentences.
1. I won't to drink beer.
2. My friends going to go to Hawaii next vacation.
3. He is going to see a movie tomorrow.
4. Will you be going to cook tonight?
5. I'm not going to joining the meeting next week.
Can you find all the correct sentences? (Just in case, the answer is below.)
If you can find the answers smoothly, good job!
If you can't, let's improve basic English skills at English Plus step by step!
After you choose the answers, please correct the sentences and read them aloud.

Today, let's practice English from English Plus' lessons.
At English Plus, we encourage our students to try to speak English a lot especially during lessons.
Once in a while, they make some mistakes, but they really try hard and try to express what they want to say in their own words. (Great Job!)
Through the lessons at English Plus, I realized there are some mistakes our students often make, so today let's review not to make the same mistake again.
Now, let's find errors from our lessons during the second week of this September below.
1. We would went to the beach if the weather were nice yesterday.
2. I'll lend a car at Asahikawa next week.
3. After watching the TV drama, I become interesting in rugby.
4. I repaired this watch twice so far.
Let's improve English skills little by little!

We're providing fun, student-centered, practical English lessons.


Today I'd like to introduce trial lessons at our English school.
At English Plus, we're currently accepting trial students.
One feature of our trial lesson is that trial students can take one of our regular 90-min lessons.
It means trial students can join a lesson with our regular students and can feel our school atmosphere directly.
Also, trial students can learn and practice English a lot through the lesson.
As of this month, these trial lessons are available:
・Skill-Up Conversation lesson (We recommend this lesson for those who would like to learn from basic English and get confidence)
・Power-Up Conversation lesson (This lesson can help those who would like to improve speaking skills especially fluency)
・TOEIC test preparation lesson (We strongly recommend this lesson for those who need to improve TOEIC score and business English)
・Kids English lesson (In this lesson, our students can learn some Phonics and basic English skills. *This course is for elementary school students)
English lessons for legal entity (corporation), and private lessons are also available.
Since this month, our autumn season has just started.
It's still available to start from this month.

本日のブログは“Skill-Up Conversation（基礎英会話）レッスンで2019年9月の英語力チェックテスト実施しました（日本語編）”です。

English Plus（英語学校）では様々なコースを用意していますが「基礎からしっかりと英語を学習したい」という方や、「英語は苦手…」という方には“Skill-Up Conversation（基礎英会話）”コースをおすすめしています。

Skill-Up Conversation（基礎英会話）レッスンはEnglish Plusの中でも、４つのスキル（聞く・話す・読む・書く）をバランスよく基礎から鍛えるという観点からレッスンを行っています。

レッスンの中では、自由自在に英語でコミュニケーションを図るための基礎となる部分、特に「語彙・文法・リスニング」を中心に学び、コミュニケーション（特に聞く・話す）のための練習をしていきます。

１レッスンは９０分で、各レッスンで取り上げた文法等を中心に、４つのスキル（聞く・話す・読む・書く）を使って英語コミュニケーションの基礎力を鍛えます。

英語が久々の方や初級者の方も安心してご受講いただける初級のレベル等いくつかのレベルがありますが、各レベル修了後には今までの知識がしっかりと習得できているかどうか、また学んだ知識が使えるかどうか定期的（６か月毎）に総合的な英語力をチェックするためのレベルチェックテストを行います。

実際レベルチェックテストでも「聞く・話す・読む・書く」という４つのスキルをチェックしていきますが先週、６か月の学習の成果の確認および復習をすべき点の確認の意味も込めてSkill-Up Conversationレッスン受講生を対象にこのテストを行いました。

ペーパーテストおよびスピーキングテストの採点も終了しましたが、English Plusではこのテストの結果を踏まえ、今後伸ばしていった方が良い点、復習しておいたほうが良い点、学習方法等、個別の英語学習に関する相談・アドバイスをしていきます。

また、スピーキング・リスニングの伸びも点数化して出しているので、英語コミュニケーションのための能力（スピーキング・リスニング）の伸びもしっかりとチェックしています。

今後も定期的にテストを行い、真剣に受講生の英語力の伸びをチェックしていきたいと思います。

なお、１０月１日の週から秋の「基礎英会話」レッスン第１週のスタートになります。

しっかりと１週目の内容から学びたいと言う方は、この時期にスタートされることをおすすめします。
