Today, I'd like to write about an English training that helps you recover your English skills.
Some of you might have had a good summer vacation!
Generally, summer vacation was quite long and some of you didn't care about English during this long holiday.
But don't worry!
Let's practice from now to recover your English skills!
Here is how to do "speaking out loud" training:
1. Prepare a book with CD or a DVD
2. Check the script & Listen to the CD/DVD (POINT: try to get the comprehension)
3. Play the CD/DVD again & read out loud with the script (POINT: try to imitate)
4. Once again, play the CD/DVD & repeat what you hear with the script
5. Play the CD/DVD & repeat without the script (Shadowing)
If you try this "Ondoku (speaking out loud) training", your English skills especially your speaking skill will come back soon!

本日は“休み明けの英語の勘を戻す音読トレーニングのすすめ”です。
楽しい夏休みを過ごされた方もたくさんいらっしゃると思います！
夏休みはかなり長いお休みで（リラックスしすぎて）英語に全然触れなかった…という方もいらっしゃるかと思います。
英語力は日々の努力で徐々に伸ばしていくものなので、毎日触れることがとても大切ですが…夏休みに英語に触れなかった方には、まず英語の勘を取り戻すための“音読トレーニング”をおすすめします。
音読のトレーニングの進め方はこちら：
１．CDが付いている本やDVDなど、英語の音＋字幕もしくは英語の音＋スクリプトつきの英語教材を用意する
２．字幕・スクリプトを見ながら英語を聞く（ポイント：聞いて意味を把握してみる）
３．英語（CD）を聞き、字幕・スクリプトを見ながら聞こえたことを声にだす（ポイント：真似するように英語を話す）
４．もう一度、英語（CD）を聞き、字幕・スクリプトを見ながら聞こえたことを声にだす
５．最後にもう一度、英語（CD）を聞き、字幕・スクリプトを見ずに自分の耳を信じ、聞こえたことを口にだす（＝ シャドーイングをする）
この音読トレーニングを続けますと、英語の勘・能力（特にスピーキング力）が戻ってくると思いますので、是非お試しあれ！
