Good morning and thank you for visiting English Plus blog.
Today, I'd like to write about what I've been doing recently.
Before I started English Plus, I was teaching English at cafes mainly in Tokyo.
When I was teaching English at cafes, I had chances to teach a wide variety of people including an elementary school student.
Since I started teaching an elementary school student, I've been making a curriculum and lesson plans for elementary school students especially for 5th and 6th grade, which I've been thinking about getting started this coming April.
Personally, it was difficult for me to make lesson plans for elementary school students at first because I had never made one myself.
Anyway, to complete the curriculum for elementary school students at English Plus, I have to make about 100 lesson plans in total by the time the course starts this spring.
The aim of this course is that the students can learn English to pass Eiken grade 4&5 and also enjoy using English for communication.
When time comes, I'd like to let you know about the details of this course!

本日は“４月スタートの小学生向け英語コースに向けレッスン作成中”です。
English Plusを始める前、自分はカフェレッスンの形態で、東京のいろいろなカフェで英語レッスンをしていました。
カフェでレッスンをしている時はいろいろな方を教える機会がありましたが、その中に小学生の生徒さんもいました。
小学生を教え始めて以来、今年４月にスタート予定の小学生用（主に５・６年生用）のカリキュラムおよびレッスンプランを少しずつ作っています。
個人的には、大人をメインに教えていたこともあり、小学生用のレッスンを作成することは最初とても難しかったのを覚えています。
今でも少し難しい時がありますが、４月スタートに向けコツコツとレッスンを作成しています。４月のスタートまでには残りのレッスン（約１００レッスン）を作成していきたいと思います！
この小学生向け英語コースの目的は“英検４・５級くらいの知識を身に付ける”と同時に“英語を使って楽しくコミュニケーションをしていく”ことを目標としています。
また時期が来たら、コースの詳細等お知らせしていきます。
それでは今日の英語での一言："Step by step!"
