22日(日）は今年最後のayami yasuyhoの呼吸のダンスワークショップの日でした。
この1年、1ヶ月に1回のペースでいろんな方々と共にワークショップを、ここSocial Kitchenでできたことに感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
自分の呼吸に意識を向けることは簡単なようで実に難しいです。呼吸は私を裏切ることなく呼吸し続けている。
そのことに気づくまでも時間がかかります。
私たちは生きています。自分を生きています。自分がとても大切です。その大事なことをもっともっと大切に大切に生きていきたい。
何かを行動するにもまずはそこから始まることをもっと感じたいたし、感じてほしい。そう思います。
この1年、THE CLEAR CREATURESやワークショップではたくさんの方々と出会い、共に過ごしました。Social Kitchenの空間や床の上では私たちの身体と心は正直に素直に生きて、呼吸をします。そしてその空間や床からエネルギーを感じ取ることができました。
作品も我々のダンスもワークショップの参加者も皆それぞれに成長してくことができました。
そしていつも私たちの心の支えになり、応援してくていますkitchen hanareのオーナーさんには心から感謝しております。
ありがとうございました。
一人ではエネルギーを感じることすらできなかったでしょう。
四季折々に感じる力。人々との出会い。心で繋がる愛情。
私自身のダンス。伝える力と感じ取る力。

2019年、本当にありがとうございました。
もっともっと踊りたい。自分を見失わないように頑張ります。

The 22nd (Sun) was the last day of the ayami yasuyho breathing dance workshop this year.
I'm very grateful to have been able to hold a workshop with various people here once a month in the past year at Social Kitchen.
Focusing on your breathing seems easy and it's really difficult. Breathing keeps breathing without betraying me.
It takes time to notice.
We are alive. I live myself. I am very important. I want to live that important thing more and more carefully.
I felt more and more about starting from there to do something. That's what I think.
During the past year, I met many people at THE CLEAR CREATURES and workshops and spent time with them. In the Social Kitchen space and on the floor, our bodies and minds live and breathe honestly. And I was able to sense energy from that space and floor.
The work, our dance, and the workshop participants were all able to grow.
And I always thank the owner of kitchen hanare, who has always supported and supported our hearts.
Thank you very much.
I wouldn't even have felt the energy alone.
The ability to feel the seasons. Meet people. A love connected by heart.
My own dance. Power to convey and feel.
Thank you all. Thank you very much.
This year we have a workshop on 22nd, and the activities of ayami yasuyho will be closed.

I want to dance more and more. I will do my best to keep track of myself.
