Jアラートは何のため？
スマホでJアラートが鳴り、びっくりする事がある。地震の時は意義を感じるが、北朝鮮のミサイルが飛来するかも知れないという時のJアラートは、あまり意義を感じない。安全措置をとる様にとのメッセージであるが、シェルターがある訳でもなく、何処に飛んでくるかも分らず、避難する気にもなれない。
日本のこんな状況に対して、スウェーデンやフィンランドではシェルターが整備されているという。シェルターが整備されているだけではなく、食料備蓄の配慮もされているとの事である。
Jアラートは、地震の際の心の準備には役に立つが、ミサイル飛来の折には殆ど役に立たない。無いよりは良いという程度であろう。日本国民は、原爆の恐さを世界で最も知っている筈なのに、この無策は何故なのだろう。
戦後、70年以上経過しているというのに。
What is J-Alert for?
I am sometimes surprised when the J-Alert goes off on my smartphone. It is useful during earthquakes, but I don't feel that it is very useful when it comes to J-Alerts when a North Korean missile may be coming. The message is to take safety measures, but there is no shelter and I don't know where it will fly, so I don't feel like evacuating.
Although this is the situation in Japan, Sweden and Finland have established shelters. Not only have shelters been established, but they have also taken care to stockpile food.
J-Alert is useful for mentally preparing for an earthquake, but is of little use in the event of a missile attack. It is probably better than nothing, at best. The Japanese people are supposed to be the most aware of the horror of the atomic bomb in the world, so why is there such a lack of preparation?
Even though more than 70 years have passed since the end of the war.
