Movie "Sinking of Japan"

I just finished watching the movie "Sinking of Japan--Nihon Chinbotsu". This was a remake of Nihon Chinbotsu from 1974 (I watched it as a little kid, and I don't remember much of it). Some of the scenes looked pretty real, just like what happened in the Tohoku area 4 weeks ago.

Nothing is impossible---Japan used to be attached to the Euro-Asian continent, and some kind of natural disaster (?) made it move away from it, right?

I want my parents to come over here sooner than June.
