数年前から児童英語の授業で、5.6年生対象に洋楽を一緒に気持ち良く歌っています。
1年前はLet it go を歌いました。ディズニー映画の洋楽は、リズムが馴染みやすく多少難しいフレーズがあっても、勢いで歌えちゃうのがディズニーマジック
なのでしょうか。
Let it go は繰り返し歌ううちに歌詞を覚えて、英語のリズムが身体にしみわたり、洋楽を歌う気持ち良さを存分に味わってもらえたようです。
今年はなんと、生徒さんから洋楽のリクエストがあり、ベイマックスのSTORY by AI を歌うことにしました。この積極性がとっても嬉しいですね
曲をじっくり聴いてみると、サビ以外は比較的ゆっくりで歌いやすい。サビは口が回らないとついていけない箇所もあるけど、サビは何度も繰り返すので、練習すれば気持ち良く歌えるはず
本来なら、耳×英語の歌詞のみで練習するのが好ましいのですが....今回は洋楽初挑戦の子供達のために、フリガナつきの歌詞を用意しました。
このフリガナも、歌いやすいようにしたので、本来の英単語の音から時にかけ離れてしまうけれど、洋楽の場合は全て発音していたらリズムについていけなくなっちゃうので、単語と単語をつなげるリンキング、また弱い音を省きました。
いかかでしょうか。この曲は飽きることなく、何度でも楽しく、慣れてきたら感情移入をして歌える曲ですね
