icq.exe被強制終止
害我以為是Mircosoft Visual Studio .NET Pro 2003搞的鬼
將該軟件及一堆不知名程式解除安裝
剛剛在ICQ官方網頁的Message Board見到的解決方法
ICQ 2003b
Open 'Main - Security and Privacy Permissions':
1) Communication Events - deny all permissions exluding 'recieve file from' (set it to only users on my contact list)
2) Contact Info / Files - deny all permissions;
3) Peer tp peer - set to 'only users from your contact list';
4) Spam control - deny: Muli Recepient Messages, WW Pager Messages, E-mailExpress Messages
