◆名称 リーダシップ読書会
◆背景
新規技術・ビジネスのサイクルが1ヶ月の単位になった現在、組織・個人がもつ資金と時間を適切に配分しなければならなくなった。この時代が要求するのは、技術動向とビジネススキルをともに有し、プロジェクトをまとめ上げることが可能な人材である。
◆目的
リーダシップ読書会は学生の就職後、チームとして活動しプロジェクト等を成功に導く際に必要とされる能力を養成することを目的としている。
◆内容
本活動では主にリーダシップ技能やグループマネジメント技能を中心に学習する。もちろん、学習内容は技術者や研究者として有効的に活用できるものについて学習を行なっていく。また、リーダを目指している者だけではなく、チームの構成要員にとっても必要なことを学習する。
◆学習方法
参加者が交代で順番に担当箇所を読んできて、他の参加者に教える講義形式

◆日時 毎週火曜日 13:00～14:30

◆Background （Reading seminar in 2005）
The cycle of a new technology and the business became the unit of one month now. And, it came to have to distribute the capital and the time that the organization and the individual owned appropriately. It is talent that this age demands who can both have technology trends and the business skill, and bring the project together.
◆Purpose
It has aimed to train the ability needed in the team project when the student finds employment.
◆Content
The leader ship skill and the management skill are studied in this activity. Of course, it is studied to use it as an engineer and a researcher. Moreover, it is studied that not only the person who is aiming at the leader but also those who compose about the group are useful.
