意地悪く見るならば、今回のパンデミックは壮大な社会実験であり細菌兵器実験であったにちがいない
製造業や食糧生産を他国に依存するとパンデミックが起こった場合にどうなるか？という社会実験である
人々が得体の知れないウイルスの恐怖にさいなまれたとき、どのような反応をし、経済がどうなるか？
という社会実験でもある
さぞかし良いデータが取れたに違いない。。。と皮肉の一つも言いたくなりますね

During his campaign for the Director-General, he delivered a keynote speech at China’s Peking University where he discussed ways China could expand its influence in Africa, helping him win support from the Chinese.
