皆さま、あまり聞き覚えが無いかと思いますが、フランスでは130年前に創業されましたシューズブランドを
本日は御紹介させて頂きます。
（靴好きさん、それもニッチな方にはゾクゾクして頂けると思います。）

ネーミングはJOSEPH MALAINGEと申します！
130年前に木製クロッグシューズを生業としまして、其の後ビスポークの乗馬ブーツなどを手掛けまして
現在では有名メゾンのOEMも手掛けております実力派になります。
現在で工房は4代目となります。
歴史の有るシューズブランドですので、全ての工程を自社の工房で行っております本当の意味でのハンドソーン
シューズになります。

130 years ago, I made wooden clog shoes for a living, and later I worked on bespoke horse riding boots.
Currently, we are also working on OEM for famous maisons.
The factory is now in its fourth generation.
Since it is a shoe brand with a history, all processes are performed in our own workshop.
It becomes shoes.
現代では、存在しない古い機械も入念なメンテナンスのおかげで、
Thanks to careful maintenance, even old machines that do not exist in modern times,
熟練の職人さんが駆使して使用しております。
古い機械を駆使することに依り既成靴でもビスポークの様な履き心地が与えられているのだと思います。
It is used by skilled craftsmen.
製法もグッドイヤーからノルウィジャンまでとどのような製法もこなしてしまう実力派なんです。
JOSEPH MALAINGEのコンセプトとしては、資材から全ての工程までMADE IN FRANCEを貫くのが心情なのですが、
130年の歴史の中で培われましたタンナーなどの信頼関係はフランス本国のデュプイやアノネイなどは勿論ですが、
今回僕のわがままで実現致しましたイタリアのROCADO社なども長年の歴史で得た信頼かもしれませんね。
さて今回は僕の一言で、
（コードヴァンは使えますか？）今回は、アッパーの皮革のみイタリア製を使用する運びとなりました。

オイルコードヴァンを纏いましたフルブローグシューズを企画してみました！
皮革はイタリアのトスカーナのタンナーROCADO社のオイルコードヴァンを使用致しました。
創業は1982年と新しいタンナーなのですが、ポーランド系イタリア人である創業者は、馬食文化のポーランドとの
コネクションを持っており上質な馬革を入手する事が可能ですので、自社の工房でバケッタ製法により素晴らしい
コードヴァンを作る事が可能なんです。
バケッタ製法は、タンニンで鞣した原皮をさらにオイルに漬け込みまして革の芯までオイルを染み込ませる製法なんです
ですから一般的に知られているホーウィン社のコードヴァンよりしっとりとした重厚感や艶が演出されていると思います
それにひび割れも起こしづらく耐久性にも優れたコードヴァンとなります。
（経年変化が大好きな僕にはピッタリなコードヴァンかと）
I planned full brogue shoes wearing oil cordovan!
The leather used is oil cordovan from ROCADO, a tanner in Tuscany, Italy.
Founded in 1982, it is a new tannery, but the founder, who is a Polish-Italian, has a relationship with Poland, a culture of horse food.
We have connections and it is possible to obtain high-quality horse leather, so we use the vachetta manufacturing method in our own workshop to produce wonderful leather.
It is possible to make cordovan.
The vachetta manufacturing method is a manufacturing method in which raw hides tanned with tannin are further soaked in oil, and the oil penetrates to the core of the leather.
Therefore, I think that it produces a more moist and profound feeling and luster than the commonly known Horween cordovan.
In addition, it is a cordovan that is hard to crack and has excellent durability.
(For someone like me who likes to change over time, cordovan is perfect for me.)

ヴィブラム社のコンバットソールより耐久性に優れているそうです。
実際にフランス特殊部隊のコンバットブーツにも採用されております実力派になります。
さて履き心地ですが、
木製のシャンクやインソールとアウトソールの間のコルクなどで履けば履く程に足に馴染んでいくそうです。

ベロもカントリーシューズでの定番袋ベロを採用しております。
インソールもJOHN LOBBみたいな全ソールとなります。
The tongue is also a standard bag tongue for country shoes.

内張りも踵部分のみ肌触りの良いスウェードを張っております。
さすがビスポークシューズを作っているだけありますね。
