senso-ji ：

Sensō-ji (浅草寺) is the oldest Buddhist temple in Tokyo.
It's located in Asakusa, Taitō-ku.
Asakusa-Ueno-Kanda area is the traditional and humane spot, that is why,
it is one of the my favorite cities in Japan. 

浅草寺は東京における最古の寺。
台東区は浅草に位置している。
浅草-上野-神田エリアというのは伝統と人情の町であり、
私が日本で一番好きな地域の一つだ。

　　

Kaminari-mon (雷門; means "thunder gate").
It's the gate for the street(Nakamise-Dori) to the temple.
This gete is not so ancient itself, though it is the one of the most famous sight in Tokyo.

雷門。
本堂へ伸びる表参道(仲見世通り)の入口。
この門自体そんなに古いものじゃないが、東京のめっちゃ有名な風景の一つになっている。

　　

It's so fun to wander around Nakamise-Dori☆
It is lined with small shops selling souvenirs ranging from fans,
ukiyo-e (woodblock prints), kimono and other robes, Buddhist scrolls,
traditional sweets(Ningyo-yaki etc.), Godzilla toys, t-shirts, and cell-phone straps, (― from wikipedia) and so on.

仲見世通りってばぶらつくとやたら楽しい。
通り沿いには小さいお土産屋さんがズラリ並ぶ。
浮世絵、着物、経典、
人形焼きとかお菓子いろいろ、破壊神の像、Tシャツにストラップ(以上、wikipediaより)などなど。

　　

Mmm...this cut must suitable for Kaiju-movie.
むぅ…怪獣映画っぽい風景じゃのう。

「ゼェーーーットーーーン…」。

Ruin the romantic mood, hahaha♪
