ひじきとご飯とお味噌汁。これはりかちゃんがつくってくれたひじき定食、ここでは贅沢な夕食。パスタもサンドイッチもおいしいしそれに飽きたわけじゃないけど、３ヶ月ぶりに食べる日本米は格別においしかった。炊飯器がないからご飯はおなべで炊かないといけないし手間もかかっている。
