世界各国の市民は『中央銀行』と『政府』と『民間銀行』が一体となり『国民資産を横領するシステム』のカラクリを知りその『解体』に向けて決起すべきである！No1)
This "national asset embezzlement system" is still being implemented in various countries around the world in the following "three stages".
この『国民資産横領システム』は以下の『三つの段階』で今でも世界各国で実行されている。
Those who carry it out are "the shadow world government" = "the world ruling class =the Rothschild Internationa Financial Mafia" who effectively controls "the "Central Bank" of each country, "the governments" of each country and "the private banks" of each country.
それを実行している者は、各国の『中央銀行』と各国の『政府』と各国の『民間銀行』を実質的に支配している『影の世界政府』=『世界支配階級=ロスチャイルド国際金融マフィア』である。
1.First stage
第一段階
The government issues every year a large amount of "the government bonds" to cover the budget deficit and secure funds for fiscal mobilization.
政府は財政赤字の補填や財政出動資金の確保のために毎年多額の『国債』を発行する。
The government makes the private banks take over all of the issued government bonds and "debts" from the private banks.
政府は発行した国債のすべを民間銀行に引き受けさせて民間銀行から『借金』をする。
The government pays every year "huge interest" to the private banks .
政府は毎年民間銀行に『莫大な利子』を払う。
2.Second stage
第二段階
When the balance of the government bonds underwritten by the private banks reaches a certain amount, the Central Bank purchases the government bonds and pays them with "the central banknotes" reprinted.
中央銀行は民間銀行が引き受けた国債の残高が一定金額に達すると国債を買い取り紙幣増刷した『中央銀行券』で支払う。
The private banks invest most of "the central bank notes" received in the Central Bank's "purchase of the government bonds" into "the financial economy" not into "the real economy."
民間銀行は中央銀行の『国債購入』で受け取った『中央銀行券』の大部分を『金融経済』に投下し『実体経済』には投下しない。
As a result, "the financial economy" becomes more and more "bloated" and" the real economy" becomes more and more "declining".
その結果『金融経済』はますます『肥大化』し『実体経済』ますますは『衰退』することになる。
3.Third stage
第三段階
The government does not directly repay "the principal of the government bonds" that have reached the maturity date but issues "the refinancing bond"and makes them undertake by the private banks and pasy them with debt fromthe private banks.
政府は償還期限がきた『国債の元本』を直接返済せず『借換債』を発行して民間銀行に引き受けさせて民間銀行からの借金で支払う。
As a result, the total of "the government bond balance" of the private banks andof the Central Bank is accumulated as "the national debt" and passed on to "the people's debt".
その結果、民間銀行の『国債残高』と中央銀行の『国債残高』の総計が『国の借金』として国民に廻されるのである。
As a result, the people would payet ernally a huge amount of "the national debt"in "everyday life".
その結果、国民は莫大な額の『国の借金=ツケ』を『毎日の生活』の中で『永遠』に支払うことになる。
