After the war, Hajime Satomi was arrested and detained as a Class A war criminalsuspect by GHQ but he was spared and released like as Nobusuke Kishi, Yoshio Kodama, Ryoichi SasaGawa by becoming US spy.
戦後里見甫は、GHQにA級戦犯容疑者として逮捕・拘留されるが、岸信介、児玉誉士夫、笹川良一らとともに釈放されその後電通の初代社長となっている。
