U.S President Trump and Democratic Party have decided to spend $ 2 trillion = \ 220 trillion to deal with "the unprecedented crisis" caused by the "the new coronavirus".
米トランプ大統領と米民主党は『新型コロナウイルス』による『未曾有の危機』に対処するため『2兆ドル=約220兆円』の大型財政支出を決定した。
▲The source of this funding is“the Government Bonds”issued by U.S Treasury followed by“the national debts”that US people pay for.
この財源は米財務省が発行する『国債』であり、まわりまわって最後は米国民がツケを払う『国の借金』である。

『政府による財源作りのカラクリ』とは何か？
1. U.S Treasury will issue "$ 2 trillion =about 220 trillion yen" of "the Government Bonds" and all of them will be underwritten by the private banks.
米財務省は『2兆ドル=約220兆円』の国債を発行しすべてを民間銀行に引き受けさせる。
2.US Government will borrow "$ 2 trillion =about ￥220 trillion" from the private banks.
米政府は民間銀行から『2兆ドル=約220兆円』を借金する。
3. US Government will pay every year "hight interest" to the private banks until the redemption periode of "the Government Bonds" comes.
米政府は民間銀行に『国債の償還期限』まで毎年『高い利息』を支払う。
* The amount of "the interest" that US Government would pay every year to the private banks might be "＄30 billion=about \3.3 trillon " if "the 10-year Government Bond interest rate"is applied at 1.5%.
*米政府が毎年民間銀行に支払う『利息』の金額は、もしも『10年国債』の『年利1.5%』を適用すると『$300億=約3.3兆円』となる。
4. When "the redemption period of the Government Bonds ”comes, US Government issues "the new Government Bonds”to secure financial resources and to pay “the Principal of ther Governmet Bonds”by "the new debt" from the private banks.
米政府は、米国債の償還期限が来た時『新たな国債』を発行して民間銀行から『新たな借金』をして『国債の元本』を支払う。

It is "a skillful trick" in which the Government intentionally creates a huge "national debt" to give huge profits (innterrest) to the private banks and lets the people pay "the national debt".
それは、政府が民間銀行に莫大な利益(利息)を与える目的のために意図的に莫大な『国の借金』を作り、そのツケを『国の借金』として国民に支払わせるという『巧妙な仕掛け』である。
