アルジェリア：食料輸出入制限

　アルジェリアは大統領からの命令で、基礎的食料品の輸出を禁じた。

　砂糖や食用油、パスタや小麦製品―要はウクライナ危機に対応するためのものだ。

「Algeria's President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has banned the export of foodstuffs that the country imports, the state news agency has said.

The commodities include sugar, oil, pasta, semolina and wheat derivatives.」

「A source is quoted by the agency as saying that the president called it economic sabotage to sell commodities that the country does not produce locally.

The president's decision also bans importation of frozen meat products, agency said.」

　冷凍肉の輸入を禁じる―というのは、穀物を購入するための外貨をとっておけ、ということだろうか。

「Last week, Egypt banned the export of wheat, flour, pasta and pulses for three months. It is one of the largest importers of Ukrainian wheat.」

　既にエジプトも同様に禁令を発しているそう。エジプトはウクライナのコムギの最大の輸入者だということで―厳しいな。

　ついでながらケニアでは、燃料費が高くなっていって―これ、我々のような富裕な先進国ならともかく（下層がかなり厳しそうだが）、中小国ではかなり壊滅的な影響が出るところがあるのでは。

The East African country’s petroleum regulator said the price of petrol and diesel will increase by five Kenyan shillings ($0.044: £0.034)

The fuel prices regulator said the price of kerosene, which is used in many poor Kenyan households to cook, “remains unchanged”.」

　補助金を利用して燃料費―調理用の燃料をなんとか、とはいえ。食料自体が入ってこないことになりかねないし…。
