「Wooden passenger boats that are more than five years old are to be banned from a lake in the Democratic Republic of Congo where hundreds of people are feared to have drowned at the weekend.」

　本質的問題は別にあるわけであり、さしあたりの対症療法ではある。

　…増水した川で遊覧船、というのは…惹かれるものはあるが…避けておくのがよいよなあとは。

　現場写真も、もうこれ、かるい台風程度ではあるっぽいのである。
