WHEREAS, On June 16, 2012, the Comfort Women Memorial Monument was established in the Veterans Memorial at Eisenhower Park in Westbury, New York, to honor and commemorate the victims of the Comfort Women system; and
WHEREAS, The Memorial Monument, being the second memorial of its kind in the United States, symbolizes suffering endured by comfort women and serves as a reminder of the crime against humanity committed through the Comfort Women system; and
WHEREAS, It is the custom of this Legislative Body to recognize historical monuments within the State of New York that are established to increase awareness of serious events that have taken place in history; and
WHEREAS, The United Nations reports that 2.4 million people across the globe are victims of human trafficking at any one time, and 80 percent of them are being exploited as sexual slaves; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That this Legislative Body pause in its deliberations to memorialize a Memorial Monument in the State of New York that pays tribute to those who have become known to the world as 'Comfort Women'; and be it further

To those who can read English all over the world;
First, all of you must remember that New York State Senator (of course in the U.S.) unanimously passed this resolution on Jan 29, 2013, this year. In fact, this resolution is based on the utterly mistaken facts. In this point, I have to point out that all the NY state senators that supported this resolution are, simply put, only poor, miserable and genuine idiots.
So, the resolution itself is sure to lower the status of the NY Senate and make those who can read English doubt the NY State Senators' level of intelligence. Of course, because of this fact and resolutions, many people who can read English all over the world will regard NY State Senators as idiots, and tragically loopy.
I will tell you the reason for it. But before explaining the reason, secondly, I would like you to reconfirm the (probably) popular notions about Japan below.
If some of those who can read English (mainly American, almost all of Koreans and Chinese) believe that
・During WW2, Japanese Army forcefully kidnapped or coerced many young (mainly) Korean women,
・Japanese Army compelled the women to become so-called "comfort women",
and
・Japanese Army tortured them during the war,
(In short, the notions are the background all the NY State Senators have.)
probably the beliefs will derive from only a presumption that the Japanese are a bad people, or from thinking of as true the so-called "Statement by the Chief Cabinet Secretary Yohei Kono on the result of the study on the issue of "comfort women"" (in short, we will call it "Kono's statement").

The Government of Japan has been conducting a study on the issue of wartime "comfort women" since December 1991. I wish to announce the findings as a result of that study.
As a result of the study which indicates that comfort stations were operated in extensive areas for long periods, it is apparent that there existed a great number of comfort women. Comfort stations were operated in response to the request of the military authorities of the day. The then Japanese military was, directly or indirectly, involved in the establishment and management of the comfort stations and the transfer of comfort women. The recruitment of the comfort women was conducted mainly by private recruiters who acted in response to the request of the military. The Government study has revealed that in many cases they were recruited against their own will, through coaxing, coercion, etc., and that, at times, administrative/military personnel directly took part in the recruitments. As to the origin of those comfort women who were transferred to the war areas, excluding those from Japan, those from the Korean Peninsula accounted for a large part. The Korean Peninsula was under Japanese rule in those days, and their recruitment, transfer, control, etc., were conducted generally against their will, through coaxing, coercion, etc.
Undeniably, this was an act, with the involvement of the military authorities of the day, that severely injured the honor and dignity of many women. The Government of Japan would like to take this opportunity once again to extend its sincere apologies and remorse to all those, irrespective of place of origin, who suffered immeasurable pain and incurable physical and psychological wounds as comfort women.
It is incumbent upon us, the Government of Japan, to continue to consider seriously, while listening to the views of learned circles, how best we can express this sentiment.
We shall face squarely the historical facts as described above instead of evading them, and take them to heart as lessons of history. We hereby reiterated our firm determination never to repeat the same mistake by forever engraving such issues in our memories through the study and teaching of history.
As actions have been brought to court in Japan and interests have been shown in this issue outside Japan, the Government of Japan shall continue to pay full attention to this matter, including private researched related thereto.

Above all, you have to note that this document was confidential. So, what is written in it is, of course, true. If confidential documents had contained some false things, the confidential document themselves would have had no senses to all the soldiers and officers in the Japanese army. This is simply a matter of logic.
On its basis, we can logically deduct from this part that the Japanese Army, during WW2, didn't coerce or force Korean and Chinese women into the so-called "comfort women".

or else, tried to do it secretly, the Japanese Army officers couldn't use the expression in the confidential documents.

As I have repeatedly pointed out, this document was confidential. Only the soldiers or officers who belonged to the Japanese Army were able to read this document. Therefore, If the Japanese Army tried to do it secretly, this phrase had to be like this:

But, we can find no equivalent phrase(s) or word(s) in this confidential document. Therefore, at that time, the Japanese Army didn't recruit women forcefully, nor did it(they) coerce women into so-called "comfort stations".
Thus, in Kono's statement, this part is clearly mistaken and accordingly, the counterpart today, Yoshihiro Suga has to amend at least this part.

If there were the cases of "against their own will, through coaxing, coercion, etc.", it was the human traffickers(of the day) that are to blame. As I quoted above, the administrative/military personnel had to examine, arrest, and accuse the human trafficker. So, if there was "a coercive atmosphere", its responsibility was not on administrative/military personnel, but on the human traffickers who made the atmosphere. Koreans and Chinese should firstly accuse not the Japanese Army but the human traffickers, who were mere money-level humanmonger civilians and many of whom were, in fact, Koreans and Chinese themselves! Furthermore, human traffickers had to be examined, arrested, or accused by the Japanese Army.
Because of these deductions, I (and those who read my blog favorably) am definitely able to say that Kono's statement has to be revised, or perhaps, denied once and made again; this time "historically and logically correctly".

Who is it that doesn't study "history"? You? or us? Before beiing regarded as genuine idiots and tragically loopy from all over the world (except Koreans and Chinese who have been taught to hate Japan and keep hating Japan accordingly even now), you had better watch your step. Oh, I have forgotten it. Can't you understand even now that what Korean or Chinese lobbyists say is definitely false, at least about what leads to the hate to Japan?
