①肉
Excellent. This meat is so tender and juicy. Good harmony with sauce. Steak is wonderful in the US. No body beats this. We cannot enjoy this taste in Japan. Japanese style BBQ is good. I'm just wondering what is this sauce made from.
※高い店に行くと、紳士な人たちは「excellent」を連発する。だが、安い店で日本人が言えば、バカじゃないかと思われる可能性はある。
※ちなみに人に聞くと、アメリカで巨大な肉（厚さ3cm以上）を食べるなら、日本人にありがちなmedium rareにしてもらうのではなく、単なるrareを食べるべきとのこと。Medium rareでも固すぎて、ナイフが入らないこともあるとか。
②ワイン
I would like to go for white wine today. I prefer not sweeter but strong flavor of citrus. Sauvinion blanc is good. Riesling is welcome but not sweet one.
We're thinking of ordering steak. But I'm a little bit tired today. The body needs to be a little bit light. So I would like to have Italian Canti or ...

I prefer milky and strong taste one. 自分はミルキーで味の濃いものが良い。This is perfect.
※個人的にはニュージャージのBlue Pointがおすすめだが（日本よりも産地ごとの違いがはっきり出ている気がする）、やはり日本の岩牡蠣はサイコーです。
