"Open Dispute" する前に

　これまで、Aliexpress の買物で問題が発生し、全額返金保証の要件を満たしていれば、迷わずに "Open Dispute" してきたが、11.11 セールの注文分からちょっとやり方を変えてみた。

　今回、こまごまと30点ほど注文して、ぼちぼち商品が届き始めているのだが、最初から不良品に当たっている。
いつもなら "Open Dispute" するところだが、ちょっとだけ下手に出て「不良品なんだけど、全額返金できる？」と、メッセージを送るようにした。

すると、「申し訳ない、代わりの物の再発送で勘弁して」と、速攻で返事が返って来た。"Open Dispute" してたら一週間はグダグダとやり取りするような案件だ。「ついでだから、違う寸法の物を送ってもらっていい？」の申し入れにも、即OK。そしてちゃんと代替品が届いた。よっぽど"Open Dispute"のペナルティーが恐いと見える。

小額商品の不良品に限って言えば、"Open Dispute" するより、この方がお互いにとって良いのかも知れない。

スパムメール

フリーの翻訳ツールをインストールしたせいか、英文の転職案内のメールが立て続けに来た。
内3通は社名が違うが同文である。
返信したらどんなことが起こるやら…。

中華ヘッドフォン 約750円

中華通販で中華ブランドのヘッドフォン「音神 X1」を注文。
しかし届いたのは beats solo の劣化コピー品。
左右バランスが崩れているので使用していると気持ち悪くなってくる。
部品箱行き、、、。

商品説明では、「音神 X1」もφ3.5mmのジャックが片側に付く「コード脱着式」だが、コピー品は左右に直付け。
LRの表示はなし。
beats マークはインクが乾かないうちに触ったらしい跡がある。
ハンダごてが触ったように溶けた箇所がある。
届いた時にはスピーカーが外れて、はめ込みのボスが割れていた。

全損品ではないので、クレームは手続きする手間の方が面倒と思いそのままにした。
とりあえず、フィードバックで低評価。直後、ほぼ全ての商品が品切れ表示に。
売り手は安易に代理店して出店したんだろうなぁ。

売り手から閉店のお知らせが来た。
「安心して下さい。私たちは他に２つのストアIDを持ってます。」だと。
誰が買うかと、、、。

アマゾンのアリババ化

　最近のAmazon.comのレビューを見ていると、ノーブランドの最安製品は中国から発送されるケースが増えているようだ。
個人代理店が国内に在庫を持たずにマーケットプレイスに出店。受けた注文をそのまま中国の業者へ送るシステム。
まんまAliExpress.comだ。当然ながら商品の不良率もAliExpress.comと同じ。

　そんなマーケットプレイスの中で注目したいのはアリババで仕入れて国内に在庫を持っている業者だ。
この場合、AliExpressから購入するより良い面がある。

【Amazon規約で取引】 AliExpressは、基本不正を放置。
【荷物の紛失がほぼない】 中国国内では紛失があって当たり前。そもそも、発送しているのかが疑問。
【配達が早い】 国内発送なのでアマゾン＋1日程度の時間で届く。Ali は速くて2週間。
【AliExpressより安い場合も】 元々安いコピー品も、レートの関係なのか、AliExpressより安く買える場合がある。

AliExpressで最安出店者探して届かないことを思えば、近くのAmazonを覗くのも手だ。

詐欺メール

SMSで初めての詐欺メールが来た

　ソフトバンクから他社への転出で、ＭＮＰ予約番号発行翌日と言うタイミングで届いた。
予約番号発行で移転手続き中である事が、代理店を含む通信事業者にデータ共有されたのか？
永年の契約で初めての迷惑メール。ソフトバンクの迷惑メールブロックがされなくなったか？
