東京の異常な暑さでOolooは暑くて夜になっても散歩ができないので軽井沢に逃避です。こちらも暑いですが、関東よりはだいぶしのぎやすいです。
We went to our summer home to get relief from the crazy heat in Tokyo. Last week Tokyo neighborhoods were really hot heated up to 100! No dogs can walk outside in Tokyo. Ooloo needs to walk outside for excersise.

Ooloo enjoyed walking with Yuina. Here in Nagano it's cooler than it is in Tokyo.

このところ毎年伺っているご近所の仕掛け絵本のおうち、お散歩がてらに今年も行きました。
During the course of our walk, we stopped off to the Pop-Up book summer store near us.
We also visited annual "Sweets Expo" in Hotel Bleston Court.
近くのホテル・ブレストンコートで開催中のスイーツ博覧会も行ってきました。
有名パティシエの競演。迷います。
Some renowned pastry chefs were participating. Each piece looked gorgeous and I couldn't make up my mind !

先月に続き、また乗馬をやりました。
We tried horse riding again.
まじめにチャレンジしたので筋肉痛がすごい！でもたのしい！ （この馬、ウ～ル～の九州の先生の皮膚のケアしてあげたい）
We adopted a serious stance this time and made us have sore muscles.Still and all it's fun ! (In the meantime it seems the horse I rode on needs some medical procedure for skin trouble by the Ooloo's doctor in Kyushu)
yuipooは宿題。Ryutaはウ～ル～のお食事当番。
While Yuina does her homework Ryuta helps us feeding Ooloo.
ウ～ル～もひとりになって早４カ月が経ちました。
Four months have passed since Pudgy passed away.
散歩中 なにげなく「パッジーに会いたいなあ」とつぶやくと yuipooに「天国行ってから会えるでしょ！」と諭されました。
While I walk around with Yuina in the wood I tweet " I wish I could meet Pudgy again..." and Yuina told me "You'll see him in heaven."
教会の夜のキャンドルサービス。
We attended the candle light ceremony at the church.
ハンドベルの演奏会と司祭様のお話はとても良かったです。
There we had a small concert of hand-bells coming up as well as minister's speech. Both were so impressive.
祈祷のあとで ちいさな三つ編みのひもをもらいました。
After we said grace the church gave us a tiny fancy art braided three strings together for strengthening people's emotional bond.
三つ編みの３つは あなたとあなたの大切な人、そしてそれをいつも見守る教会です。三つで編んでいることで強くいつまでも絆が続きますようにとの意味合いだそうです。
Three means "you", "somebody you cherish" and "the church watching you" Three strings can be hardly broken off. the strings give us the eternal bond.
