その技術の基本原理は殺戮・破壊と競争です。非常に効率よく人を殺せたり、大量に破壊できたり、攻撃に強かったり、攻撃しやすかったりという、強さとか速さとかが、技術の価値の基準になっていた。軍事技術ですから、もちろん安全は二の次だし、あとのゴミをどうしようなんてことは考えてもみなかった。基本的に刹那主義です。しかも、人間を個としてでなく、マスとして対象にしているから、個人に対しては抑圧的・反人権的になる。

The basic principles of the science technologies are killing, destruction, and competition. How quick and strong these are has been the standard of them, which means they can kill efficiently, destroy heavily, attack easily, and be less vulnerable to attack. Indeed the security has been secondary to these military technologies and the waste problems have been left out of consideration. Basically they are for the moment. What’s worse, they are oppressive and of anti human rights to individuals because they see human beings not as individuals but mass.
