Today, we are releasing the boys' custom-made denim material BD shirts, which were well received at the recent Tokyo Fair!
こちらのデニムはヴィンテージデニムみたいな毛羽が立っておりまして、ジーパン同様に其の毛羽が無くなった所から
色落ちも始まっていきます。
ですから洗濯機の中で回されるだけでも、
This denim has fuzz like vintage denim, and like jeans, the fuzz is gone.
The color will also start to fade.
Therefore, even if it is simply spun in the washing machine,
こんな感じのパッカリングなどが演出される訳なんです。
This kind of puckering is produced.

脇マチ部分や裾などにもエエ雰囲気のアタリ感が演出されておりますね。
こちらは、サンプルのシャツで僕が、6回ほど洗濯したシャツになります。
The side gussets and hem also have an airy feel to them.
This is a sample shirt that I washed about 6 times.

Here is the whole picture.

スーパーソフトの芯を使用しておりますので、お襟自身もデニム素材にしては柔らかくて

Since we use a super soft core, the collar itself is soft for a denim material.
It also creates a nice roll feeling.

製品完成後に、水洗い加工を施しており、芯に水を入れる事に依って芯がフラシの様な状態になりますので、
The cuffs also have a super soft core.
After the product is completed, it is washed with water, and by adding water to the wick, the wick becomes like a plush.
この柔らかさも生まれる訳なんです。

背には、アメトラ王道のセンターボックスプリーツを採用しておりまして、
The back uses Ametora's classic center box pleats,
このヨーク部分にもエエ感じのアタリ感が演出されております。
This yoke part also has a nice feel to it.
こちらの脇マチ一つとりましても、意匠デザインでは無く、きちんと前身頃と後ろ身頃を別に縫製しまして、
最後に縫い合わせますから、実際にこの脇マチが必要不可欠となる訳なんです。
さて着用致しますと、
The side gusset here is not a design, but the front and back sections are sewn separately.
This side gusset is actually essential since it will be sewn together at the end.

胸ポケットも排除致しました至ってシンプルなBDシャツになります。
