　本場はちがう。
　しかしこれは本場であって、最先端とは異なるということもメモしておきたい。

BBC Russia protests: Hundreds detained during unauthorised demonstration 3 August 2019

「More than 600 people have been detained over an unauthorised protest in Moscow, amid reports of police violence.」

「Protesters had gathered in the Russian capital after authorities disqualified a number of opposition candidates from standing in local elections.」

　野党候補を却下し、それに抗議する野党支持者のデモを鎮圧したと。まあ、その、鎮圧行動の程度が、まあ逮捕で済んでいるだけまだましとか、そういう「よかったさがし」もまだ可能だろうか。

「Video from the rally shows officers using their batons against demonstrators while making arrests.」

　棍棒ですんでるわけじゃないか！　催涙弾の雨が降ってきて、雨傘が必要だというわけじゃないだろ！　という弁護はまだ可能である。こういう弁護が嬉しいかどうかは別として。

「She was in a taxi about to set off for the rally when police officers dragged her into a black van.」

　これなんかは、予め誰を逮捕するかきめておいた例といえようか。タクシーから降りようとしたひとをヴァンに引きずりこんで、というわけなので。この当人はlaeyerにしてvideo bloggerだそうで、うんまあ、あらかじめ狙いをつけるなら、こういう人かなあ、という感じ。

「In July, Ms Sobol was dragged out of the electoral commission office on a sofa.」

　…まあ、そりゃあ、マークされるかなあ…。

「Election authorities have barred opposition candidates from taking part in Moscow city authority elections planned for 8 September.」

「Officials disqualified about 30 people, saying they had failed to collect enough valid signatures to stand.」

「Candidates were asked to collect 5,000 signatures to stand. This limit was made even harder to match because a signature "means volunteering one's personal information for the government's database of opposition supporters", democracy activist Vladimir Kara-Murza wrote in the Washington Post.」

　地方選で推薦人を5000人用意しろとか、そりゃあもう、反政府派のデータベース作成の基礎ッスよねーとか、そんなかんじ？
