「是革命還是死」。「經常到(連)勝利(作戰)」。
刊登高(貴)的理想的這個演說，不僅僅是本國人民還有，在世界也奪人魂魄。有「在世界唯一，與美國交易的需要的沒有的國家」和驕傲，對美國這個超級大國反抗的fideru·卡斯特羅先生。那個fideru·卡斯特羅死對於不用說一定與這個三個國家領導人也是表示最高的弔唁吧，全部的古巴國民鋸。　
中國和俄羅斯。對又由於蘇聯邦的崩潰丟失後盾的古巴提供廉價的原油，移到哈瓦那的「對那個fideru·卡斯特羅先生的強烈的支持者的委內瑞拉的chabesu反美總統(當時)」。

今回の「法の理念＝正義の理念」とは程遠い、アメリカ-日本に偏った仲裁裁判判決。ややもすると今回の歪んだ判決は、上記のようなISによるテロリズム犯行の動機の二の舞となりかねない。そして、最悪な結果をこの判決が世界中に増幅させるかもしれない。もしそうなると、めぐりめぐって多くのアジア人同士の「憎しみや分断」にも最終的に繋がりかねない。仮にそうならないまでも、少なくとも今や信頼を失った「法の理念＝正義の理念」がアジア社会で揺らいだであろう。今後、少なくとも最悪な結果にだけはならないことを私は願うばかりだ。

歴史的に、日本-欧米の司法は「アジア人に対する差別」判決をする癖がある。たとえば最近では、日本の司法に不当に拘束されていたネパール人のゴビンダ・プラサド・マイナリ（Govinda Prasad Mainali）の「１５年間冤罪拘留事件」などがある。「在日朝鮮人。オーストラリア人。フィリピン人。東南アジア人。その他諸々のアジア人」に対する「日本の司法による差別」だけを例えあげてもきりがないほど多くある。
翻って、今回の「法の理念＝正義の理念」とは程遠い、アメリカ-日本に偏った仲裁裁判判決。ややもすると今回の歪んだ判決は、上記のようなISによるテロリズム犯行の動機の二の舞となりかねない。そして、最悪な結果をこの判決が世界中に増幅させるかもしれない。もしそうなると、めぐりめぐって多くのアジア人同士の「憎しみや分断」にも最終的に繋がりかねない。仮にそうならないまでも、少なくとも今や信頼を失った「法の理念＝正義の理念」がアジア社会で揺らいだであ ろう。今後、少なくとも最悪な結果にだけはならないことを私は願うばかりだ。

請求今天被放下的預定的判決不曲解「法的理念」的事。被「那個時代的普通的道德觀念」也合起的那個「正義的理念=法的理念」這個「國際仲裁審判所」是不是決定忠實地跟隨的判決最關注。不用說「那個 時代的法制度」。是暫時也疏忽那個的判斷，正是那個是向(到)國際社會的「公共秩序良好的風俗的破壞及倫理的破壞」相連，大問題。／I hope that given planned judgment does not twist "an idea of the law" around today.
