東北６県の９４人が陸上自衛隊の情報保全隊による監視活動の差し止めなどを国に求めた訴訟で、仙台高裁（佐藤陽一裁判長）が求めていた元隊長の証言許可を、小野寺防衛相が拒否していたことが２０日、分かった。
原告側弁護団が明らかにした。
昨年１０月の証人尋問で、原告側が元隊長に、「警察から（デモや集会の）情報の提供を受けていたか」と質問した際、元隊長は「職務上の秘密」として回答を拒否した。これを受け、同高裁は小野寺防衛相に、回答する許可を元隊長に与えるよう要請していた。
だが、小野寺防衛相は昨年１２月２６日付の書面で、「情報源、情報収集の手法などが明らかになり、情報源となる行政機関との信頼関係が失われ、今後の情報収集活動に支障が生じる」とし、認めなかった。
同高裁は今後、独自の判断で元隊長に証言させるかどうかを決めることになる。
同弁護団の甫守一樹弁護士は「監視活動の実態に迫るため、高裁には、防衛相の不当な拒絶を認めず、きちんと証人尋問させてほしい」と訴える。

だから野党も含めた全ての政党や全ての国会議員らの中には戦闘状態を認識している者もいるといっていい。
また、日本は２００６年当時、長年の借財が膨れ上がり、８００兆円の借財となっていて、お尻に火がついていたが、当時は道州制を打ち出すなどの対策で毎年１０兆円づつ削減していく計画を経てられていたのでまだまだ日本軍人の本性を見せないゆとりがあった。
しかし、実行できないまま２０１１年の３，１１に遭い、にっちもさっちも行かなくなり本性が露になっていったなかで５ヵ月後の８月１５日の靖国参拝で戦争しかないと決意して以来、戦争へ向かうこととなったようだ。
