擒拿術の紹介動画です。
擒拿は、四肢や頚部の関節を攻撃して挫き受傷させる技の体系を指します。
日本の古流柔術でいう「逆技」に相当する技法です。
短いのですがアングルなどが分かりやすいので、ご紹介。
