一枚の絵の力
いつの世の中にも、絵は絶えず、つくりつづけられ、みられ伝えられてきました。それは、どのような時代にも絵は、伝える一つの方法として、人の心を根本から揺さぶり、動かし続けてきたからではないでしょうか。
そういう一枚の絵を、この時代にもぜひみたい。そして、心から愛しみたい。
という思いで、『一枚の絵の力』展を企画しました。
「一枚の絵」は、あるいは「アート」は、すぐに有事に役に立つ訳ではないかもしれませんが、人を内側から鼓舞し、勇気づけることができる、そういう希望ではないでしょうか。表現の力を信じ、みせることが、感じることができればと思います。
Paintings have been produced, appreciated, and told about throughout all time. Perhaps that is because paintings, as means of communication, have always moved the soul of people.
I want to find such a painting and love it from the bottom of my heart. That’s why this exhibition “Power of a Painting” was organized.
“A painting” and “art” may not be useful in times of national emergency, but I think it will be a hope that inspires and encourages people. We would like to believe in the power of art, show it to you, and feel it.

僕は"Night TV presents 6solo"で使用したあれこれを素材にして新しく作った「６分の１ソロと観客」を出します。
180×230センチと大きめのを久々に作ってますのでこの機会にぜひ。
