渦中の2020年オリンピックのロゴがようやく白紙撤回となりました。どんな弁明をしても、10人中10人が似ていると感じたら模倣と言われて仕方ないと思います。模倣された当人は一番強く感じると思います。子供が生まれた1989年ころ、吊り上がったこわもてサングラスをしておしゃぶりをくわえ、おくるみに入った赤ちゃんのマンガを描いて"BABY ONBOARD"の吸盤付のリアガラス用サインに貼り付け、自分の車に付けて杉並、中野、新宿などの都内を走っていました。数年後、そっくりの図案が製品化されたサインを付けた車を見つけ、とても驚いた事があります。私は商業目的でやった事ではないのでまあ良いですが、あまり気分の良いものではありませんでした。明らかにそっくりでなければ多少はしょうがないのかもしれませんが、東南アジアには日本のスナック菓子の模倣製品が氾濫しています。パッケージのデザインや色調が似ているだけで、正規商品と誤認して売り上げがアップするらしいです。感心できません。私が一番嫌いなのは創造的な仕事に就いている人が、断りなく模倣する事です。出典を明らかにしてオマージュとするなら可ですが、手塚治虫氏の「ジャングル大帝」をベースにしたとしか考えられない某アニメ作品を作った会社のように「ジャングル大帝」なんて作品は見た事も聞いた事もない、"Coincidential"(偶然）だと言い張ったのはアーティストの風上に置けない言動だと思います。昔、丸ノ内線内で偶然お見かけした手塚先生がお気の毒でなりません。これが原因で家族が好きな舞浜方面に何となく足が向かない私です。私の一番好きな初代セリカLBはマスタング（当時はムスタングという表記でした）のデザインの模倣だという言い方をする人がいますが、これは私の見解では当たらないと思います。縦型テールランプが同じだとするなら、ランプは横か縦しかないのだからマネというのは横暴だし、全体的な形が似ているというなら、ファーストバックのデザインならどんな車も該当するわけです。インスピレーションを得て出来上がったデザインかもしれませんが、一度消化して違うものになっているように思います。ルーフトップからリアに直線的に流れ、その流れをエアスタビライザーの様に見事に受け止めている美しさはマスタングにはありませんから。モネの「睡蓮」とトレンツ・リャドの「カネットの睡蓮」が明らかに違うふたつの作品であるのと同じでしょう。
2020 Tokyo Olympic logo fiasco is over. No excuses will be heard if the art work looks so alike. When my first son was born in 1989,I made a baby onboard sign with my drawing. It was a baby with bad looking dark glasses and a teething ring on its mouth. A few years later, I found a same designed product on other car. I was surprized to death. In Southeast Asia, a lot of Korean and Chinese copy product of Japan are found on markets. The worst thing about copying is copying the art works. Some company made an animation which resembles "Jumgle Emperor" by Mr. Osamu Tezuka known as the creator of "Astro Boy" The company had an interview about the resemblance between two works. They said they've never seen or heard about "Jumgle Emperor" This is why I don't feel like to go to Maihama area. I can accept hommage but not copying. Some people say Toyota Celica LB the first model look like Ford Mustang Fastback. The car must have inspiration from fast back model image in the Mustang but these are two different designs. The Mustang doesn't have the fine proportion the LB has.

自民党が小選挙区制のからくり、第三極の分裂で圧勝して組閣が発表されました。皆さんこんな事があったのをご記憶でしょうか。That LDP struck back! Do you still remember the incident as follows.

麻生首相が組閣時に官僚改革に熱意を燃やしていた渡辺行政改革大臣を外した時は、これは官僚主導の行政を正そうというつもりが無いという意思表示だと思い、とてもがっかりした。
かつての友人が外務省に勤務していた時に「大臣なんて何も分からないし、何もできない。みんなこっちでやってやるんだ」という事を言っていたのを思い出す。それだけ官僚に依存している与党は、官僚のご機嫌を伺わなければならないのだろう。政治家としてのプリンシプルを持ち、最大の勇気を奮った渡辺氏に対し、麻生首相はそういう構造に絡めとられ、なあなあの関係から脱却できない。自民の誰一人渡辺氏の外された梯子を戻そうとしなかった。こういう事が防衛省守屋事務次官の汚職や天下りによる財政の無駄や、許認可権にからむ汚職、運営スリム化に逆行する無駄な仕事、施設を増やす悪癖の温床になっているし、自民が与党でいる限りそうあり続ける。一時的な対症療法の定額給付金は自民の野田毅衆院議員が（公明党との）「連立コスト」だと本音を漏らしている。つまり国民は、自民党が与党でいられるように、特定宗教団体の面目を立てるために行う施策に使われる税金の無駄遣いを強要されているのだ。自民党は公明党の議席数欲しさに二兆円以外にハガキで5000万世帯に給付の通知をするだけですでに25億円、それ以外に作業する公務員の残業手当、下請けコスト等最低でも約40億円ものお金をどぶに捨てることになる。また、麻生首相は現金支給の目的を生活支援から景気浮揚にひるがえしたが、現金を支給する事が景気浮揚策になるだろうか。解雇された人達のニュースが連日流れる中で、支給（税金なのだから正しくは還付というべきだろう）されたお金を「ラッキー！」と言ってすぐ消費に回す人が多いとは思えない。皆、不安な明日のために取っておくのではないか。消費してもらう事が目的なら消費税を期間限定で無くすとか、3％に戻すほうが事務費用も少なく、車や不動産の様な高額なものの購入を考えている人達にはよほど実効的だと思う。結局、一教団の御機嫌取り、自民の選挙運動が本当の目的なので言う事がころころとぶれてくる。こんなあほらしい理由で税金は無駄な使われ方をするのだ。このまま自民政権が続けば製造業への派遣の規制なども望めず、市中は失業者で溢れるだろう。
I was so dissapointed when I knew Mr. Kimio Watanabe was expelled from Aso's cabinet last September. This was an apparent appeal that the prime minister Aso was not going to touch the controversial bureaucratic control on government policies. The councilor Watanabe tried very hard to correct various disadvantages caused by bureaucratic government.
The expelling reminded me of what my ex-friend who was working for the ministry of foreign affairs told me. He said the minister didn't know or couldn't do anything by himself, they'll prepare everything for the minister. The ruling party,the Liberal-Democratic Party/LDP depends on bureaucracy so much which made the party flatter to high-ranking officials. Aso couldn't do anything against it while Watanabe risked his political life to fight against it. Nobody in LDP stood on Watanabe's side. The bureaucratic government caused tremendous amount of tax wastes but nobody but Watanabe cared in LDP.
Coalition party Koh-meitoh is planning cash benefits to all the nationals which seems to be an appeal its generousity of their supporting religious organization. Without koh-meitoh, LDP does not have enough seats to be a ruling party. This cash benefit is a total waste of tax money because it'll take a lot of expenses to inform, explain and deliver the money. The premier insisted the benefit was for more consumption. However,TV kept saying people going jobless everyday. I'm sure people will save the money if cash is given. With the same amount of budget, you can have more effective measures like lowering consumption tax rate to 3% limiting the duration with a lot less expenses.
The LDP lead by Aso shall direct Japanese society to a doomed world.
4月5日の朝日新聞、民主党政権失敗の本質「脱官僚」の裏で握手、という記事を読んで騙されたと感じた。記事によれば2006年6月、みんなの党立ち上げ中の渡辺喜美氏は野田佳彦氏、前原誠司氏等民主党中堅議員の会合で「国土交通省や農林水産省などのできの悪い官僚はたたく。財務省とは握るけどね」という会話を聞いている。渡辺氏の民主不信が理解できる。官僚ヒエラルキーの頂点に君臨するのは財務省だ。その財務省と結託して、一体どんな霞が関改革ができるのか。官僚改革の歯切れも悪く、増税にひた走る野田総理は、こけの一念というより、財務事務次官に籠絡されただけの事だったのかと納得する他ない。はなから財務省と仲良くやっていくつもりで、官僚改革を訴え、票を稼いだ民主党に恥は無いのか。馬鹿にするにもほどがある。小沢氏との離反はこの辺が原因だろうか。マスコミももっと早く記事を出して欲しかった。財務省の伏魔殿ときっぱり手を切り、本当に公約通りの脱官僚政治を国民に見せない限り、民主は自滅する。税金を官僚達の終身天国を作るためだけに、じゃぶじゃぶ浪費するシステムを残したままでの消費税率アップは絶対に許せない。コスト削減の限界まで頑張って日本を支えている中小企業より、既得権の心地よいソファに埋まっている一部ダニ官僚や東電を守っていては、日本経済は壊滅する。NOだ総理！自民のやってきた事と同じじゃあないか。国民が、第三勢力の台頭を期待する気持になってもしかたない。
According to the article on Asahi Shimbun dated May 5th '12, Yoshimi Watanabe,the leader of Min-na-no-toh heard a peculiar conversation in Domocratic party event in June '06 as follows. "When we become a leading party,we will minimize the budget for Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries,but not the Ministry of the Treasury. We have to get along with the Ministry" This is deceiving comment to the voters. The party promised the voters that they will change bureaucratic government to democratic one. The Ministry of the Treasury sits on top of bureaucratic hierarchy. The promise to the voter was a big lie after all. Tax hike without ecomonical reforms inside the government can not be allowed. Prime minister Noda, No! Shame on you!
７月１１日の朝日新聞によると、外務省は西暦2001年の情報公開法施行直前に大量の機密文書を、省内の地下で溶かし紙の再生材としてトイレットペーパー加工業者に引き渡してしまったとある。NPO法人「情報公開クリアリングハウス」の調査では、1997年の外務省の文書廃棄は他の省庁並の200トンであったものが2000年は1280トンと急増しており、三木由希子理事によれば「法の施行を前提に、公開を迫られるくらいなら捨ててしまえと入念に準備した可能性がある」と指摘している。廃棄された文書のなかには自民党、外務省が存在を否定するが、アメリカでの情報公開で存在が確認されている1960年の日米間の「核密約」、1972年の沖縄返還関連の「密約文書」が含まれている可能性が非常に高い。かけがえのない歴史史料を、自分達の不利益になるという自己中心的な判断で処分する尊大、傲慢、無知、でたらめに怒りを感じる。自分達の首を守る事が最優先事項だという霞が関官僚の思考回路をよく分からせてくれる事件だと思う。だから自民と官僚の癒着体制に行政は任せるわけにはいかないのだ。石井修一橋大名誉教授は「歴史に対する冒瀆」とし、外務省に公文書は国民のものであるという意識が無いというコメントを寄せているが、同感する。1941年にきちんとした段取りでの開戦であれば、講和へ向かったかもしれないのに、その執務能力の低さゆえに最後通告の手交が遅れ、「卑怯な日本」としてアメリカ国民、連合国を一致団結させてしまったあの外務省である。
Haughtiness,arrogance,ignorance and irresponsibleness of Ministry of Foreign Affairs
According to Asahi Shinbun dated 11 July,the Ministry of Foreign Affairs intentionally disposed of classified documents in year 2000 before the public information act would be in effect in 2001. They've diluted the papers with water to make pellets and sold them to toilet roll factories. How haughty,arrogant,ignorant and irresponsible can they get! Those documents might include the secret agreement about nuclear weapon between US and Japan Liberal Democratic Party in 1960 which they kept denying the existance and the secret agreement about the restoration of Okinawa in 1972 according to NPO cheif Yukiko Miki. This incident tells us how the Ministry think of public information. They think they own the history. To save their own skin, they think they can dispose of historical records. This is the reason we can not allow LDP having a cozy relationship with the Ministries to administrate and manage the Japanese society any longer.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs caused Japan to be called "treacherous" in 1941 by delaying delivery of war declaration against US from tardiness which made reluctant US people to unite to fight against Japan.
イスラエル軍がガザ市ゼイトゥンでパレスチナ市民を特定の建物に避難させ、そこを砲撃し約30人を殺害したという報告が1月9日、OCHA/国連人道問題調整事務所から出された。イスラエル軍は否定しているというが、被害者がＴＶで取材を受けているのを見た。またＴＶではニューヨークのユダヤ人達が「イスラエルには自国を守る権利がある」というプラカードを掲げて、イスラエル軍の攻撃を支持するデモンストレーションを行っていた。ロケット弾が撃ち込まれる事が、明らかな非戦闘員である女、子供、老人達を殺傷する事を正当化できるという論理だ。
第二次大戦中、アウシュヴィッツでナチがシャワーを浴びてもらうと言って、チクロンBという毒ガスをシャワー室に噴霧して裸のユダヤ人達を15分前後で殺害したと言われる。どこが違うのだろう。
The U.N.'s Office for the Coordinator of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said on Jan 9 that 30 Palestinians were killed at the Zeitoun neighbourhood in central Gaza when the Israeli army sheltered dozens of civilians in a house which was later hit by shells. On TV, a group of Jewish people demonstrating with placard saying "Isreal has a right to defend itself"on the street of New York.
This means they can justify killing innocent civilians,like children,women and senior citizens if rockets were launched toward their land.
During WW2 Jews were collected at Auschwitz prisoner camp by Nazis and they would be led into the shower rooms, where they were quickly gassed to death with the highly poisonous Zyklon-b gas.
Are there any differences between these two killings?
