5/21に長男の婚約相手のご両親と初めてみなとみらいのコレットマーレ、よくTBSの「噂の東京マガジン」のコーナー「やって！TRY」でトライ娘がせいろをじかに火にかけたりして、とんでもないものを調理するロケをしているところですが、で会食をしてきました。使うことの無い高価なするめや昆布をやり取りするのもという事で、結納というような堅苦しい事はなしにという事での食事会でした。二男はすでに結婚しており、人生の大役のひとつを終えたような感じがありました。34年前の横浜中華街での自分達の出来事を思いました。お互いの両親も極度に緊張していたことでしょう。私の母は足がしびれてしばらく立ち上がれず大変でした。このような人生の節目の出来事で、自分もトコロテンを突き出す「天突き」の中にいるトコロテンの一部なんだなとつくづく思いました。トコロテンが先端から押し出されるように、順番に人生を終えていくのです。それは幸せな事で、順番を違えるほど不幸な事はないでしょう。２歳年上の従妹は15年前に病没し、叔母の悲しみは想像を絶するし、深井少佐しかり。こういうイベントを重ね、人生の時を終える日の覚悟を固めていくのかと思いました。自分がいなくなった後も公園の桜は育ち続け、かけているメガネは存在し続け、世の中は何事もなかったようにまわり続けるのです。不公平な気もしますが、仮にTVのCMにあるような不死身になってしまったらどんなに恐ろしい事か。愛する者を何度も永遠に失う事になる「100万回死んだ猫」です。不死は究極の拷問となりそうです。食事会でこんな事を考えました。

Tokoroten will be pushed out of the device from the top to the end. When you are pushed out of tentsuki, you finish your life. And I am in tokoroten. The first one in will be the first one out. This was what I meant. And it is a blessed thing. To finsih life in orderly manner is the best way. I've seen my aunt who've lost her daughter. That was really painful. So as my Kamikaze uncle Ryo. Just can't imagine how it hurt my grand mother. Death is scary but blessing if it comes in orderly manner. I do not want to be immortal as I might have to face thousands of deaths of loved ones. It'll be the ultimate torture.
