第二次世界大戦が終わって77年。世界は武力によって領土拡大をしないという認識を共有していると信じていた。オリンピックが終わって今日プーチンは身勝手、無茶苦茶な論理で他国への侵略を開始した。母親の世話をするためにウクライナに帰国した同僚は無事だろうか。人類に対する犯罪者は定期的に出現する。それを阻止する国家間のネットワークが必要。　　　77 years has passed after the last world war ended. I've believed all the nations in the world have a common understanding as not to aquire other country's land by force. Russia started invasion to Ukraine today after Olympic games were over. I wonder what had happend to my ex-coworker who returned to Ukraine to take care of her mother. Self-centered villains appear periodically in the history. We need strong international function to stop them.

香港が殺された日 The day HKG get killed

7月1日、中国の国家安全法が習近平により公布され香港の暗黒時代が始まろうとしている。一国二制度を50年間守るならというイギリスからの返還条件を破っての無法。中国との外交上の約束は守られないという事が証明された。共産主義とは名ばかりの領土拡張を企図する恐ろしい帝国主義国家はもうその仮面を取ったようだ。ティアーズ　オブ　ザ　サンという映画を観た。ここからネタバレで申し訳ない。海軍特殊部隊シールズの大尉が、自分の善悪の判断で命令に背き民族対立で皆殺し寸前の一団を救助しようとする話。最後にこうあった。エドマンド　バークのことばで　The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing (悪が勝利するために必要なものは善良な者が行動を起こさない事だ)　こんな事をブログに書くのは安っぽい正義感からではない。ただ単純に自分の子や孫の世界に日本を狙う傲慢で強大な国家がいて欲しくないだけ。ブログで発信する事が私が香港にしてあげられる唯一の事だから。世界と交流している良識ある中国人達が、共産党の支配体制を糾弾し、共闘する国々と打ち倒す日が必ず来ると信じたい。この日が共産党自壊の始まりでありますよう。

A dark age has begun for Hong Kong people on 1st of July as National Security Law comes in effect. China promised UK not to touch democratic system for 50 years when Hong Kong returning to  China. This law proves China is not a reliable country when making international treaty or agreement. China seems to preveil thier evil nature, the expansionism in this modern world, not during WW2. Chinise Communist Party is the grave threat to the world. I really hope my children and grand children can live in a peaceful world without the countries like China today. Hope someday the party conquered by the people value democracy. This must be the day red China start self-destruction. In the end of the movie "Tears of the sun" following phrase is quoted:The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing / Edmund Burke Speaking out loud is the only thing I can do for Hong Kong now.

 

小沢一郎氏とマスコミ Ichiro Ozawa and media

民主党小沢元代表の三秘書公判有罪判決と強制起訴裁判について思う。政治と金が結びつく事が悪いのは当然だが、それ以前に司法がマスコミ報道の影響を受けて、事実より感情を重視した推定有罪という判断をして良いのか。推認に基づいたものから、さらに推認していく、つまりこうに違いないという想像から次の想像を広げて、事実でなく想像で断罪したのだ。私の会社でも過去に違法配転で裁判があったが、千葉地裁一審の時に私達の弁護士が、たまたま廊下でＡ裁判長が「今時、配転くらいしょうが無いわねえ」と言ったのを耳にしている。世の中の流れはそうかもしれないが、私達はその配転の根拠がでたらめだったので訴えていた。こんなプロ意識の無い裁判長のために一審は敗訴したが、東京高裁、最高裁は客観的、理性的判断を示し私達（厳密には原告達）は勝訴し、不当に配転された者達は元の職場に戻る事ができた。司法は、メディアや世論から孤高の立場にいなければいけない。偏向したものに迎合し、自分が社会正義を執行するなどと考えたら、職権濫用で思い上がりもはなはだしい。それは、中国文化大革命当時の人民裁判と変わる所が無い。　今、日本は大事なものを失いかけているかもしれない。民主党は戦後60年日本を支配した自民党を倒した。国民が、「おぬしも悪よのう」と言って、省益、自分の利益で動く官僚にからめ取られていた自民党にNOと言った歴史的ターニングポイントだった。しかし、政権担当の実績のない政権は危うい。自民政治の尻拭いで忙殺され、なかなか自分達の政治が確立できない。加えて脱官僚政治を掲げた党には、当然、霞が関官僚が非協力的になろう。自由に操れた自民党に復権してもらいたいだろう。自民にしても新しくできた政権を、健全な野党として補佐しようという気持ちはさらさら無く、民主の弱点を探してはプロレスラーの様にねじあげ、不毛な政権の奪還に血道をあげるばかりだ。加虐的マスコミは火に油を注ぐ。国民は官僚に操られ、金まみれの自民に決別し、民主党を選んだはずだった。恰好の餌を捲いてしまった小沢サイドにも、身辺を隙が無いようにという自覚が足りない。一部偏向マスコミにピンポイントで狙われているのだ。ワイドショーで「君は三権分立をどう考えるんだ」という発言を取り上げて、分かりにくい、表に出て釈明すべきだと言っていたが、司法で進行している事を、証人喚問で発言できないじゃないかという事は、多分中学生でもわかるはずだ。党も一枚岩で結束しようという決心が無い。日本の将来を託した民主政権を、空中分解させるような事をしない様、国民全員で良く考えてたい。

Ichiro Ozawa and media　
Former Democratic Party President Ichiro Ozawa is under investigation by prosecutors. Ozawa secretaries got suspended prison terms by the Tokyo District Court on September 26 for falsifying funds reports. The judgement was made based on only circumstantial evidences. Presumption of innocence was ignored. Emotional thinking was used instead of reason and facts in this trial. Judges seemed to be influeced by TV reports and newspapers. The court should be fair without prejudice and preconception. It looks like Japan is loosing vital regime by Democratic Partry. Former Liberal Democratic Party ruled Japan over 60 years running bureaucratic government after WW2. Japanese people must have said NO to bureaucratism which only benefitted  bureaucrats and related politicians. We shold not let mass media lead our opinions. We have our own heads to think what is right.

竹島 Takeshima

文部科学省が日本の領土問題を、中学校の教科書に記載しようとしている事に対しての韓国の反応に疑問を持つ。日本の教科書で日本の考え方でなく、韓国の主張を教えろというのか。韓国は竹島を独島と呼び、自国領と主張しているが、日本も歴史的に竹島は日本の領土だと主張している。双方が権利を主張している中、韓国は日本の主張を無視し、竹島に建造物を作り、人員を配置して既成事実化しようとしている。自分の主張は通すが、相手には「黙れ!」というのだ。相手の主張を話しあう事もなく否定し、実力行使で自分のものにしようとするのは、帝国主義的領土拡張を企図し、朝鮮半島を併合した戦時中の大日本帝国と同じ考え方と言えないだろうか。

竹島の騒動で思い出す事がある。私の父の言によれば、戦時中空襲による延焼防止のための強制疎開で取り壊しになった横須賀の深井砂糖店のあった土地を、祖母深井タケは買い戻すつもりでいた。特攻で失った息子が育った場所に執着があったのかもしれない。しかし、終戦と同時に一緒に戦っていたと思ったら、戦勝国民と言い出して無法の限りを尽くした日本にいた韓国、朝鮮国籍の一部の人々によって土地は不法占有され、現在はパチンコ店になっているという。

駐日韓国大使は15日、人の家に火をつけておいて、話し合おうとは話にならんというような発言をして帰国し、韓国の日本大使館にはタマゴなどが投げつけられ、海上自衛隊の旭日旗が燃やされた。2007年10月24日には国際関係に特にフェアーであるべき韓国のパンギムン国連事務総長が、国連の日のイベントで竹島が韓国領と記載されたパンフレットを配布した。一体、この国の考え方は論理よりも感情論が優先なのだろうかと疑いたくなる。根本的な問題解決を希望するなら、まず、真実が何なのか調べてからではないだろうか。法治国家で主張が食い違えば裁判になる。決して実力行使での解決などありえない。それとも水かけ論になったら、言い負かしてごり押しした方の勝ちなのか。韓国は拒否しているらしが、利害関係が無く、フェアーな客観的判断を下せる第三国の介入が不可欠だと思う。それでも領海、経済水域のからみでどうしても解決できないなら、いっそ竹島の韓国側と日本側の中間に面積上二等分になる直線を引いて、双方が平和的妥協をしたらどうだろうか。敵対の原因の島が友好の象徴になるかもしれない。

I have a great concern on Korean government's and her people's reaction against Japanese gov's decision to refer to land problems on history text book for Jr. high students. It's widely known that the Korean gov insists on the possession of the Island while the Japanese gov have been doing the same. However, what the Korean gov had done was forcibly occupied the island and located armed forces there. This is very similar as Imperial Japanese army in WWⅡto take whatever they wanted using forces. 

This illegal occupation reminds me of the story I heard from my father. My grandmother always wanted to retrieve the land which was taken by gov for fire spreading prevention measure against US air raid. As the war was over, some of the Korean people who came to Japan looking for jobs or those who said to be forced to come to Japan, claimed they won the war and did whatever they wanted to do. The land property my grandmother intended to buy back was illegally occupied by those shameless scoundrels. Japanese police could not do anything wiht them as a loser country. My grandmother really wanted the land where stood the house her son, who had died in Kamikaze attack, was born and raised.

The Korean ambassador to Japan left the country saying how absurd it is to talk over the matter while being set fire on our house. Korean citizens threw eggs, burning old Japanese  flags on the street. UN secretary-general Ban Ki-moon distributed panphlet stating Takeshima belonged to Korea on official occation. He had to be particularly fair on international matter on his positon as secretary-general of UN. Is this country judge things thru emotions rather than reason? Hope two coutries talk till they find the solution. Or the third country's help to have fair judgement may be required.
