もうかれこれエアマルタを７回ほど利用しているけど私の評価はかつて利用した航空会社の中でワースト１。
その理由は①機内食がまずい。パンとチーズとハムくらいしかでないけどパンもチーズもハムもまずい。１時間１５分（マルタ、アテネ間）の短いフライトに出るだけましと思うべきか。②機内が寒すぎる。キャビンアテンダントに寒いと伝えてもぜったいに温度をあげてくれない。ＣＡさんは全員常に半袖。伝わってないのか？③グランドホステスもいい加減。私の航空券の名前のアルファベットが１文字間違って打たれていた。（こんなこと本当ならありえないはず）１文字でもパスポートと違っていたら搭乗できないはずなのに難なく搭乗できた。しかも国際線で。時間もがんがん遅れるしあんまりいいとこないけど、飛行機が無事マルタの空港に着いた際にはマルタ人が機内で拍手喝采するのでこれには一緒になって感動してしまう。
Have used AIR MALTA 7 times or so. My evaluation is not good. First of all delayed often too much. It could happen often with other companies though. And in-flight meal is bad. They serve only bread, cheese, ham. Bread cheese ham all are bad. And a plane is too cold. All cabin attendants wear short sleeves, and even if I inform that I am cold though, no response. Nothing good. However when an airplane landed at the airport in Malta safely, Maltese people make a standing ovation in a plane. That makes me impressed with them.
