I have been swamped with work.

Unexpected things happened one after another😱

I think that I have come to accustom to cope with some troubles.

慣れてるはず....

Even though that is an overwhelming thing, just stay calm.

That is the best solution.I learned from the past.

There was a thing that reminds I need to brush up English skill 

The other day I got an email from the one of our suppliers.

It says they dispatched several samples with our order goods.  

‘The certificate is being preparing.’

Yikes!ひぇ〜

That important document hasn’t been ready to go!?

Those samples which requires to submit some certificates to declare.

In other words, the sample cannot  be cleared the customs without the certificates.

My boss read it quietly.

And pointed out a mistake on the spot and told me it should be ‘being prepared.

動名詞の受動態🤔

パッと見たら単語の並びで準備中とわかるが、書類が用意されてないということに気を取られ,間違いはすぐはわからなかった。
