Road of the bilingual; on the road 🚘

A week has been passed, now I'm taking a driving lesson on the road.


Driving is soooooo fun!!

On the first day, I really enjoyed driving.
This was the first time to drive out side of the driving school.

I was just a 怖いもの知らず ....

However, things are not easier than I thought!!

Now I am struggling with real fast moving world; I mean I should see the situation and make a decision on the spot.


It's hard to get the hang of it, especially here in Osaka city!!

The traffic is always busy!

When we drive a car, as you may already know
we need to be a quick-witted person.


I mentioned earlier, I'm a worry some,
In my case it takes much time to get a driver's license.

The reason is here,
I tend to pay attention too much around myself.
Long way to go ....


Still I' ll give it a try!!

Road of the bilingual; a temporary drivers license!

I finally got a temporary drivers license yesterday!

Actually, I took some more time than younger people to reach this phase.

I took a test so-called 仮免許試験 in Japanese.
I got a stage fright, I found that my hands are shaking!

I'm a worry some and tend to be a negative thinking when I face some situation likewise taking TOEIC test.


What if the car is off the on the doglegged ??
Can I drive as same as I practiced so far??


I mean, I was struggling with getting use to driving those narrow ones.

But these days, I have come to get the hang of how to control a car.

At last, I could pass the test and the second part of my driving lesson stars tomorrow.

I'm supposed to drive out side of the driving school!!

The instructor told me,

You passed this test.
Still mind you, you should drive faster.
Unless, you are going to been honked the horn by other veteran drivers on the road!

バイリンガルへの道 教習所編 🚗 ②

なかなか進まずの毎日。

でも前に比べると思うように車を操れるようになってきてる‥と思う。

感覚が大事。
S字カーブもクランクも慣れ。

この前はS字カーブで外周を狙い過ぎと言われてしまった。

狙える＝思うところへ車を動かせてる

進路変更、確認手順を頭に浮かべるとハンドル操作が遅れる。
当たり前(-｡-;

自分のいる状況からどうしたらいいか考えるようにした。
少し滑らかに左寄せが出来た。

今日の指導員さん、実は少し前に担当してもらったが、苦手な印象が残ってた（涙）

2限連続同じ先生かぁ‥今日も先に進めないかもと不安がよぎっていたが、いざ教習が始まるとそうでもない。

今日は余裕を持って周りの景色が見える


「2限連続乗ってみてどうでしたか？」

あ、前にも聞かれた。
この先生は最後に自分の反省点をたずねる。


だいたい出来たと思う。

「そうですね。出来てましたね。次回は交差点のページをよく読んできてください。あと、練習コースの地図、注意点が細かく書いてありますからしっかり見てきてくださいね。」

ハンドルを握ることに自信が持てるようになってきた気がする。

でもまだまだ先は長い！
免許とったらこれを言ってみたい！

明日車で迎えに行くね！
