It's February already 💦

Long time no see
These days I have been getting tired easily....
Actually I've been busy to cope with my assignment.
Because of Chinese New Year holiday.
It starts around 10th February and lasts around 24th February in 2018.
It depends on the companies.
Still almost all of them close that long period.
So I have to check all the shipping schedule and documents whether if they are proceeding as planned or not.
During the holidays I can not contact to all of them.
So I need to fulfill my assignment much more carefully than usual.
What I miss getting some of important documents??
Our company can not clear the customs.
That means we are not able to receive our order goods
もし書類に不備があっあら？
輸入通関申告ができない＝商品を受け取れない
事態必至(￣◇￣;)
私は必死‼️💦
And the beginning of the month,
Our distribution division make it a rule to have a meeting to discuss the next order quantity.
This month,
It's two days ago.
After the meeting,
The distribution division staffs issue 5-6 sheets of purchase order sheets and handed to me.
Then I translate them in English and send to each supplier by email.
I think it's better I contact to our supplier in China until they open; I mean by 9th February.
Speaking of placing our orders,
It needs to pay attention a lot.
If I make a mistake on it,
It causes a big big problem😱
So I checked in details all of them with my eyes wide open 👀
しかも月一度の発注の時期と重なった
毎月初旬の会議で詳細が決定される。
それが二日前だったΣ（・□・；）
春節休み前に発注書を送った方がいい‥(･_･;
海外への発注が一番神経を使う。
間違いはイケナイ👋
I could barely make it except for one of purchase order sheets which have to order to our supplier in Taiwan.
Of course they have their Chinese New Year Holiday, but it beings a few days later ant last shorter than in China mainland.
助かった(^^)
It saved my life💦
台湾の仕入先以外はなんとか間に合った。
Whew
So every time I get the PO sheets,
I check which supplier I have to order.
And I give the work priority.
Just after I send the PO sheets,
One of the supplier gave me thank you message.
She said
'Thank you and let me check the order and get back to you later for sure'
And here's more to message,
' I have to go to an annual dinner party which is our important event '
She is a good business partner and become my friend, actually.
Do you remember the woman who gave me a colorful card a year ago or so??
While aback she told me about the Chinese New Year Holiday,
According to her,
For Chinese people,
The Holiday is more extremely important and traditional event than any other ones.
They prepare for it before a week.
And during the long holiday,
They visit their parents and precious relatives one by one.
Hope all of them Chinese people have a wonderful long long holiday.
Anyway I'm burned out 😅
