Hi there!

How is everything going with you?

While a back, I worked as a short period of time job. The job was to help people from overseas at a reception area. 

外国の方のとある申請手続きのお手伝いをした。書類の記入、パソコンでちょっとした入力など。

Young people are really used to iPads and smartphones.

On the other hand, they tend to be confused by keystrokes when it comes to using keyboards.

Especially typing in uppercases. 

タブレット端末はスイスイ操作できるけれど、キーボードになると戸惑うようだ。

特に大文字を打つのが苦手のようだった。

え〜っと大文字って？🤔

あ、ラジオ講座で聞いた言葉uppercase を思い出した。

確かパスワードを入力するという場面だった。

まずシフトキーを押して‥

First, press down shift key and then type an alphabet you want to enter in uppercase.

なんとか伝わった😅
