BERKELEYは、皆様良くご存知のSIERRAやNORTH FACEの発祥の地でもあります。
僕も若かりし頃、よく訪れました。
その当時は、先輩がカーメルって街で古着のピッカーを営んでおりまして、古着をピックした後、
SIERRAの本社でマウンテンパーカーをピック、NORTH FACEの本社でシェラパーカーなどピックしたもんです。
そして周辺にはアウトドアー用品の古着屋さんなども多くて、楽しく買い付けしておりました。
それにUC BERKELEYは、映画卒業のベンジャミンの恋人エレンが通っていた大学っのもありまして興味深かったですね。
僕達の若い頃は、情報などは今の様になくて、映画を何回も見て研究したもんです。
卒業などは、ビデオを今でも持っていますが、肝心のデッキが無い為部屋のディスプレィと化しております。
さて、本題に
