さらに、ICカードリーダの M-520U は販売終了で販売元の
三菱電機には Windows8 用のドライバのリリースが無いと言う。
おいおいと思いましたがネットを探していたらこのドライバが使えました。
マクセルさんのMR−５２０UJ のWindows8ドライバで動作しま
PC/SC対応ドライバソフトウエア製品名：MR−５２０UJ
WindowsVista,7,8.1(32bit) をダウンロードして使ってくださいね
ICカードの読み込みまでは確認出来てます。
最終的に申告が完了したらまた追記します。
追伸：２月22日 無事に確定申告完了しました。
自宅の自作マシンをWindows8 へアップグレードしてみました。
自宅の自作マシンはXPで順調に運用していて問題ないマシンでしたが
将来のサポートを考えるとサポート終了でウイルスチェックなど危険なので
、Windowsのキャンペーンで安くアップできるならお得ですと最新にバージョンアップする事に
現状のマシンは
前世代のWin98のCDから秋葉で購入した、XPへのアップグレードCD純正１万弱？をインストールしています。アンチウイルスをノートン２ライセンスをインストールしていたが１台がMACになったので、Windows純正の乗り換えていてその費用を考えても８への変更料 ３３００円は魅力的です。

私の場合はIDEをPCIカードで増設していましたがこれがNG当然サポートページ見てもWin8のドライバがある訳はありません。

さらに進めると、空き容量が４GB必要との事、チマチマ削除するよりディスク購入を選択
１TBを５０００円で購入しました。
ディスクコピーはEaseUS-Disk-Copy-Home-Edition 無料版を利用しましたが、DVDドライブが反応せず、DVDドライブを借用して対処しました。

うん、まだ登録数が少なくて残念です、調べるとストア以外にもWIn8アプリが
有りそうです。
とりあえず
Skype,google検索、evernote、TV番組表などインストールしてみました。
twitterは無かったので別な所からインストールしました。
うーんいまいち。
結局はWindowsキーの操作が画面形式になって情報表示ボードになったと言うのが
感想です。つまりたいした事無い？新しいランチャーが出来たよって感じです。
今後素晴らしいソフトが出るんですかね？
現状ではXPで十分と言う評価ですが、ウイルスチェックや今後の事を考えるとキャンペーン中にアップデートはした方が良いかと思います。

FONルータはソフトバンクからiPhone購入者に３G回線圧迫の回避策として
ルータが無償配布されていますが、そのまま利用するとFON利用者は誰でも利用可能となり
悪用される可能性もあります、そこでファームを書き換えて自分専用にしてみましょう。
ただし、装置の保証はありませんし自己責任になります。
実は改造しなくてもブリッジとして利用する方法はあるようでしたが
今回は Royal Windows さんのページを参考にファームの入れ替えに挑戦してみました。

当然 順風に行くはずもありませんが。
ちなみに Royal Windows さんのページは完璧でした。。失敗は私の読み込み不足です。
まずは、ルータのネジを外します、特殊ネジを外す工具を入手します
私は コーナン で購入しました
専用のドライバ ４００円程度
ネジは４カ所、丸い部分を取り外すと出てきます。
次に必要なのは、シリアルポートへの接続ですが当初直接太い線を半田で付けたため
線が外れて二度と使えなくなってしまいました。
線と共にパターンが取れて使えなくなった状態です。
そこで２号機にはピンを半田しました、そして線も一時的な接続なので
わに口クリップで接続しました。
結線方法はRoyal Windowsを参照して欲しいと思います。
注意しないといけないのは、シリアルIFはTTLレベルでPCのRS−２３２Cではないこと
ここも私は勘違いしました、PCのシリアルIFに接続しましたがレベルが低すぎて文字化けしました
さらに、コマンドの受信が出来なくなってしまった模様です。
そこで、Royal Windowsでも使われてる秋月電子のシリアルーUSBインターフェースを購入しました。
そしてルータもyahooオークションで安く入手しなおし。

未検証ですがMAC用のドライバもHPにはありました。
シリアルIFが接続できたら電源を入れてみましょう
Teraterm などのターミナル（設定はHP見てね）に起動シーケンスが出ます。

ファームウエアーの書き換えをします、手順はHPの通りですが実行結果のみなので
何点かコマンドを打つ必要があるので注意がいります。
最初は起動直後の２を選択する部分、ボタンを押しながら起動してボタンを話して２を押すようなので
すがここで反応しない場合もあり、はなす前に入れたりと何回かチャレンジして成功しました。
何が良かったのかは不明です？？
それ以外に ポイントはIPアドレスのOK リターンキーと押す部分と
読み込むイメージファイルにあわせて書き換える必要がある点です。

設定を変更する度に再起動が走りますが、内容によってはエラーに成る場合があります。

動作がおかしかったら再起動してみたほうが良いと思います。
LAN側の設定は勝手にされますのですが
WiFiは初期設定でOFFとなっているので、個別に設定が必要です。
スピードの参考値です。

５．パーティションマスターをインストールください

６．ソフトの起動
コピー直後なので後半が空きです
マウスでエリアの境界を移動させてＤドライブの領域を拡張します
その後、Ｄドライブの先頭をマウスで右に移動させて空き領域を作ります
そして、マウスでＣドライブの後ろをＤの先頭まで移動させてＣを拡張します
そして確定のため左上のＧｅｎｅｒａｌメニューのＡｐｐｌｙｃｈａｎｇｅｓを選択します。
確認画面でＯＫを押下
そして再起動がかかり、その際の実行画面
実行完了後の画面
開き領域が設定道理に拡張しました

購入してから相当経過した ＶＡＩＯ ＦＥ９０Ｓですが、表面には「Windows Vista Capable」など時代を感じさせます。
がまだまだ現役で活躍してほしいので、懸案のＣドライブ拡張のためにＤｉｓｋ交換をこの連休に企画しました。
流石にＳＳＤはまだ同じ８０ＧＢで６千円程度とＤｉｓｋに比べて高価なので容量ＵＰを目指します。
現状搭載されているのがＦＵＪＩＴＳＵ製 MHV2080BH (80G 9.5mm) Serial ATA150 5400 rpm
購入したのが 日立の ＨＴＳ７２３２３２Ａ７Ａ ３２０ＧＢ ＳＡＴＡ２ ７４００ｒｐｍ ＳＡＴＡは下位互換です
【全体の作業】
コピープログラムを探しましたが、結局 ＤＶＤへの書き出しが可能なソフトが探せなかったので
別のディスクトップＰＣでコピーを行い、その後パーティションの拡大を行うと言う計画にしました。
ソフトは無料の下記のソフトを利用させていただきました。

０．Ｅaseus EASEUS Disk Copy起動デスクの作成
http://www.easeus.com/disk-copy/download.htm
ここからソフトをコピーしてください、そして画面にしたがってＤＶＤを作成してください。
（すいません画像記録忘れてました）
１．デスクを取り出します。
これはすごく簡単ですネジを２本外して蓋を外します。
２．ディスクの外し
さらに中の２本のネジを外して右にスライドさせてコネクタを外します。
３．コピー用のＰＣ（ＳＡＴＡ２台接続可能）なＰＣ
これに２台のＤｉｓｋを接続します。
そして、０で作成したＥaseus EASEUS Disk Copｙ で起動します。
この辺まではリターンキーでＯＫです
そしてＤｉｓｋＣｏｐｙを選択します
接続されているＤｉｓｋが表示されます。
必要なもの以外は電源コネクタを外しておくと良いです
そして、コピー元の選択します。そしてＮＥＸＴ
コピー先を選択します、未フォーマットな状態ですそしてＮＥＸＴ
二つのディスクが表示されてますそしてＮＥＸＴ
確認の画面でＯＫ
コピー中の画面
完了時の画面、７０ＧＢで約１時間
ここで一息、ホームセンタへ
４．ノートＰＣに接続して起動確認
新しいだけに健全な状態
ちなみにソフトは ＨＤＤ ＨＥＬＴＨ 無料
何時もは赤い表示のＳＭＡＲＴもこんな感じ
起動を確認した後でパーティションの拡張！！
