Proper film coating
The important conditions of a film coat are the speed of a liquid, pressure, a nozzle, and liquid temperature. Especially fluid pressure is a main factor for pattern formation in it. Although fixed liquid pressure leads to good pattern formation, the flow velocity of a liquid is too quick, and becomes an imperfect film, and high fluid pressure causes scattering.
溶剤系の粘着性ある材料で高分子量の材料が、高濃度で使用 した場合に、スプレーガン先端部のノズルから出る塗布液が霧状にならず蜘蛛の糸状になる糸引きがみられます。原因としては．塗布液内に希釈シンナーの溶解力不足や、スプレイ後の塗布液の溶剤蒸発速度が速いこと。及びスプレーガンのノズル口径が小さい場合に特におこりやすい。今回開発したスプレー塗布装置は，原液等の粘度の高い液体塗布材料を用いても，糸引き現象や詰りの生じにくいスプレー塗布装置を提供するものであります。本スプレー塗布装置は，液体塗布材料を微粒化する吹出口を有するスプレーガンに、溶剤ミストフォグ圧縮エアーを発生供給する発生器を備えたシステム構成になっております。（特許取得済）
本装置は，スプレーガンから吐出する液体塗布材を、微粒化させるための圧縮エアーに溶剤ミストフォグ圧縮エアーを用いて，液体塗布液を溶剤ミストフォグにて霧化させ成膜する技術です。

ゴキブリを寄せ付けないゴキブリ忌避用防湿絶縁材の専門材料メーカーであります(株)F・CRAFT社製「Goki-Z Coat Evo」の塗布テストを実施しました。FSCC06セレクティブコーターでシリコーン防湿材料を２０μｍの膜厚でマスクレス塗布が可能となります。「Goki-Z Coat Evo」は２０μｍ以上あれば防湿絶縁はもとよりゴキブリ忌避が5年（実質10年）以上の信頼を得ている様です。
食品、医療、医薬関連の自動装置だけでなく、家電製品にも普及がすすむことと思います。

New ｆilm coat gun & special nozzles for selective coating of Shimada Appli.
Shimada application(the coating method of using film coat gun) :A uniform thickness coating could be applied in a splashfree manner to a printed circuit board by using a leaf shaped liquid film.
Shimada application,printed circuit boards could be coated with an insulator coating of surprisingly high quality in terms of coating thickness uniformity and the absence of splashing, by supplying the liquid coating material to an airless flat patterned nozzle at a supply pressure, e.g., 0.5Mpas for a 100 cps viscosity coating, such that a liquid film emission from the nozzle is produced in the form of a flat leaf pattern.
These equipment and system applied a basis of Shimada Application（United States Patent, Patent Number:4,880,663) invented 28 years ago now.
Shimada Appli G.K. is the venture combination company which performed a company in 2011, and sells the precision spray valves to each industry of semiconductor, PCB, battery, bio and food based on paint coating technology experience more than 40 years.

This spray system can coat various kinds of conformal coating,solder mask and fuctional material(solvent type, water born type and solvent less type) to the specified position uniformly. The application system design is made so that the performance of acrylics, urethane, an epoxy,silicone,UV curing type and 2K type material can be demonstrated.

被塗物としてプリント基板の半田面側（裏面，Ｂ面）で，乾燥膜厚30μm を形成した場合において，本開発塗布方法と従来の代表的な塗布方法との比較結果を示すものである。
表において、乾燥時間における乾燥は、指触乾燥（溶剤が残ってなく，手で触って，組付け作業しても支障ない乾燥）状態である。また塗布先端部の方向性とは，塗布ガンノズル先端部の吐出方向性を意味する，基板防湿塗布においては，通常は通常塗布ガンのノズルは，水平に設置した基板面にその上から下方向にする。下からとは，基板の下方向からノズルを上向きにして塗布すること。横からとは，基板を垂直に立てて，それに対し塗布ノズルが横から基板に吹き付ける塗布である。
塗着効率は，塗布液の基板への付着量／塗布液使用量である。さらに管理メンテ性の定義は，塗布性能を維持するための塗布バルブ及び付属機器の日常点検清掃作業時間と難易度を下記の基準で決めた。
連続自動塗布可能であり，塗布材料の特別な粘度管理要しなく安定塗布可能を◎とし、連続自動塗布可能であるが，塗布材料の粘度管理をしないとＮＧ製品が出るおそれある場合。自動粘度調整器が必要。自動塗布終了後に，各自動機器のメンテナンス，点検作業が必須を○。 連続自動塗布中で，一時停止して塗布バルブの一部又はある箇所を清掃，調整する手作業時間が必要。さらに自動塗布終了後に，各自動機器のメンテナンス，点検作業が必須を△とした。
以上をまとめると，本開発塗布方式によると乾燥時間は200％以上の短縮が可能となり，溶剤使用料は60％以上削減でき，さらに鋭角凸部膜厚は200％以上改善した。
