「中小企業新ものづくり展」明日から開催 ーものづくり補助で研究開発した成果発表ー

明日から3日間東京ビックサイトで開催される「中小企業新ものづくり展」にＳｈｉｍａｄａ　Ａｐｐｌｉ合同会社はものづくり補助で研究開発した下記開発テーマの成果を展示発表致します。

テーマ：選択塗布可能な新型セレクトスプレーにより３Dウェアラブル被塗面の指定箇所へ部分均一コートの実現

塗分けコーティングを可能にした高効率FSCC06セレクトスプレーガンが、３Dウェアラブルﾃﾞﾊﾞｲｽ等へ機能性材料の均一塗布で現単位

削減などに貢献を致します。

展示製品・技術

１例：FSCC06セレクトスプレーガンと糸引き防止システムは、塗布原液等の粘度の高い液体塗布材料を用いても，糸引き現象や詰りの生じにくいスプレー塗布を可能したものです。開発したスプレー塗布装置は，液体塗布材料を微粒化する吹出口を有するスプレーガンに、溶剤ミストフォグ圧縮エアーを供給する発生器を備えており、微粒化させるための圧縮エアーに溶剤ミストフォグエアーを用いることで，糸引き現象を抑えセレクトスプレーするというしくみです。（特許申請中）ものづくりで開発しました当該スプレーガンとの組合せにより、必要以上に塗布することなしに高効率スプレーで薄膜選択塗布システムです。
