マイクロエレクトロニクスショー「eX-tech2024」は６月１2日から始まる

来週の6月12日からマイクロエレクトロニクスショー「eX-tech2024」が始まりますが、当展示会において、高粘度用の新しいフィルムパターンを備えた新しいコンフォーマルコーティングシステムを発表できることに心躍らせております。新フィルムコートシステムは、中高粘度防湿剤を高速塗布でシャープなエッジ形成と安定した成膜を形成し、コンフォーマルコーティングプロセスに伴う効率的なプロセスステップの統合によるコストダウンを実現します。

At the Microelectronics Show Extech 2024, we are pleased to present a new conformal coating system with a new film pattern for high viscosity. The new system delivers clean edge formation and stable deposition, resulting in efficient process step integration often associated with conformal coating processes.

令和5年度川口新製品等開発振興奨励制度で受賞

令和5年度川口新製品等開発振興奨励制度において、Simada Appli合同会社が新技術として提案しました「中高粘度防湿絶縁材料を実装基板に塗分け塗布する方法、装置及びノズル」の件で、2月21日（水）に川口市役所本庁舎にて川口市長より目録と賞状を授与致しました。

今年で40回目の川口市新製品等開発振興奨励制度は川口産業振興公社が実施している制度で、新製品や新技術の研究開発に対する意欲を啓発し、市産業の振興と発展に資することを目的とした制度です。

(公財)川口産業振興公社は、昭和53年に川口市の全額出資を受け、川口市の産業振興を促進するために設立された公益財団法人です。

In this year, At New Product Development Promotion Incentive System of Kawaguchi city, Simada Appli G.K. proposed a new technology on ``The coating  machine,method and nozzle for selective coating printed circuit boards with medium-high viscosity conformal coating material,'' on February 21st. , Mayor Kawaguchi presented us with a list and a certificate at the main building of Kawaguchi City Hall.

This new film coating system has high-speed coating with sharp edge definition.

能登半島地震について

元旦の午後石川県能登地方の最大震度７に襲われ甚大な被災状況に言葉を失います。

お亡くなられた方々のご冥福をお祈りし、被災者の方々には心よりお見舞い申し上げます。

今私できることはすぐに支援金送付するしかできないのが残念です。

地震大国の日本、首都直下地震も予想されてます。改めて防災対策の見直しを実施したい。

New conformal coating technique that does not spinnability (angel hairs) by FSCC06 Selective Spray Coater

FS micro spray gun utilizing atomization system with solvent mist fog, spray coating technology that does not spinnability with even high viscosity material. We developed a technology that can spray paint and adhesive etc. without spinnability(angel hairs).

We have already applied for overseas patents and have already been put to practical use for painting, and we will proceed to develop conformal coatings such as moisture proof and insulation on the mounting board in the future.

When applying Elepcoat (model LSS 540 MHF) manufactured by Nitto Shinko Corp. which is a solvent-containing moisture proof insulating material, angel hair occurs unless weight ratio is 1: 1 in order to counteract angel hair with air spray or airless spray.
