Shimada Appli合同会社は、2024年6月12日から14日までの3日間、東京ビッグサイトで開催されるマイクロエレクトロニクスショー「eX-tech2024」に以下のテーマで出展します。

ー展示発表テーマー

実装基板コンフォーマルコーティング用中高粘度防湿絶縁材（２００～２０００CPS）を、薄いフィルムパターンの液膜を形成させて、見切りの良い高速塗布が可能な「新フィルムコート工法とシステム」を発表致します。（国内特許及びPCT特許出願中）

溶剤含有型コンフォーマルコーティング材料は、希釈なしでも見切り良く高速にてフィルムコーティング（マイクロカーテン塗工）が可能で、むろん無溶剤型防湿材料においても同様の効果を発揮致します。

ＶＯＣ対策用高粘度無溶剤系材料使用は、発泡、液飛散、成膜及び乾燥時間がかかる等、多くの課題があった。VOC対策材料を環境改善、品質アップのため、高速で飛散無く選択的自動塗布のニーズは、潜在ニーズであった２K硬化のポッティング式より、薄膜で品質、コスト低減に大いに貢献すると確信する。（国内及び海外特許申請）本工法の優位性を今回のJPCAショーを契機に世界に発信し、優先権を主張して日本の技術力を公開する。本システムは、上記基板防湿のみならずプリント基板に関係する、コーティング分野にて脱炭素対策にさらなる貢献が期待できる。

New conformal coating system that does not spinnability(angel hair) by FSCC06 Selective Spray Coater

FS micro spray gun utilizing atomization system with solvent mist fog, spray coating technology that does not spinnability with even high viscosity material. We developed a technology that can spray paint and adhesive etc. without spinnability(angel hairs). We have already applied for overseas patents and have already been put to practical use for painting, and we will proceed to develop conformal coatings such as moisture proof and insulation on the mounting board in the future. When applying Elepcoat (model LSS 540 MHF) manufactured by Nitto Shinko Corp. which is a solvent-containing moisture proof insulating material, angel hair occurs unless weight ratio is 1: 1 in order to counteract angel hair with air spray or airless spray. (External division 100% weight ratio dilution) By using this spray coating device, the following good results were born. Coating application results Coating material: Conformal coating material Elepcoat type model LSS 520 MHF (manufactured by Nitto Shinko Co., Ltd.) Undiluted solution 400CPS Solids content 15-35% 　 As the solvent to be contained, methyl cyclohexane, mineral spirit Solvent used for making solvent mist: mineral spirit The amount of solvent used that does not cause angel hair and the results of application under each condition are shown below. The amount of mineral spirits generated by solvent mist preparation when 6.89 CC of the above stock solution was applied, With 1.5 CC (diluted 22%), it was possible to apply without problems. Automatic spray gun: Model FSCC 06 Selective spray coater low ejection volume micro spray gun used.

2023年5月30日（水）から6月2日（金）の3日間にわたり、東京ビッグサイト東館で実施される「JPCA Show 」と同時開催の「2023 マイクロエレクトロニクスショー」eX-tech 2023が開催されます。Shimada Appliは、下記の新製品、新システムを発表致します。

ー展示発表テーマー

１．基板防湿塗布用「新フィルムコート」

粘度２００～１５００CPS程度の防湿絶縁材料を新開発のフィルムコートガンによって薄いフィルムパターンの液膜を形成させ、高速塗布も可能な塗布装置及び工法を発表します。（PCT特許出願中）

２．ソルダーレジスト塗布用「ＩＳスプレーテーブルコーター」

５１５×６００ｍｍサイズのプリント基板にソルダーレジスト剤を基板両面２分前後にて額縁状に塗布する高塗着効率を有した装置を発表致します。

７５μｍ以上の厚胴基板等にもエッジカバーリングが良好なスプレー無化を有し、ＷＥＴ膜６０μｍ設定で塗布効率８２～８５％とスプレーでは驚異的な効率を得る塗布システムです。

1. "New film coat" for conformal coating

We will announce a coating device and construction method that forms a thin film pattern liquid film using a film coat gun that has developed a conformal coating material with a viscosity of about 200 to 1500 CPS, and that can also be coated at high speed. (PCT patent pending)

2. "IS Spray Table Coater" for Solder Resist Coating

We will announce a device with high coating efficiency that applies solder resist agent to both sides of a 515 x 600 mm size printed circuit board in a frame shape in about 2 minute.

nano tech 2023にて新たに開発した（世界初）新フィルムコートを発表 ！

本年2月1日～3日：展示会開催/東京ビッグサイト 東ホールにてnano tech 2023が開催されます。Shimada Appli合同会社は、２００～１０００CPS程度の中高粘度防湿絶縁材料をフィルム状液膜にて高速塗布可能な開発塗布装置を発表致します。

 

The new nozzle enables formation of a liquid film coating pattern of 200-1000CPS viscosity conformal coating materials！

Overview:

Conformal coating materials with a viscosity of 200 to ３000 centipoise＊ can be applied at high speed by using a new nozzle (patent pending) and selective coating that forms a liquid film coating pattern.　

As a result, it is possible to coat solvent-free silicone, UV-based materials, etc. at a coating speed that is more than double that of conventional two-fluid sprays.

JPCA賞の受賞（JPCA2022 18th AWARD)

今回マイクロエレクトロニクスショーの電子機器トータルソリューション展におきまして2022JPCA 18th AWARDのJPCA賞を受賞致しました。

受賞論文名は、「ノズル詰まりを起こさずノーマスキングによるスプレー塗布可能な塗布システム」です。

The title of the award-winning paper is "a coating system that can be spray coating without masking,without clogging the nozzle".

For several years, we have been researching the clogging of the discharge nozzle, which is a concern when using water-based liquids and solvent-free liquids for decarbonization and VOC countermeasures, and the improvement of drying efficiency and coating efficiency. It has been developed and tried and errored. We are introducing the good results of various coating technologies by the new coating method as a result. We are confident that these case histories will be a great clue to decarbonization and VOC countermeasures in the coating field in the printed substrate industry.
